Nah, this is when you chill a bit.     Kansas tried to push Langford, it backfired.  Louisville messes up and eliminated themselves.  Vandy doesn’t show at Darius’ open gym. Everything has swung in our favor. We’re the best option, they know it, we know it. They are ours to lose. We’re here when you’re ready to make it official boys.

Chatter on the Vandy board that Darius has committed to IU but is waiting until after this weekends visit to announce. Take it with a grain of salt but thought it should at least be mentioned.

I haven't seen this many people this excited and so sure about something since Billy Donovan became our coach. LOL!

I know people within the Butler program. When Butler was joining the Big East, Buzz Williams told Brad Stevens that he would have to get dirty in recruiting because there are no choir boys in the Big East. Didn't matter because Brad soon left for Boston. 
Also have relatives that are Marquette alumns and while they never said he was a dirty recruiter, he left Marquette before he was fired. He had recruited guys who were having off the court issues that were kept under wraps. He left before they hired a new AD, bc the expectation from the top was the new AD was going to fire Buzz and hire his own guy.

I didn't watch the scrimmage last night, but just from looking at the roster I'd say we are a bubble team. I could see us missing the tournament this year. I can also see us winning up to 23 games and making the dance. The early season schedule has me hesitant.

There will probably be transfers next year. I say at least 2 of them. Someone like green or cujo or a freshman coming in will transfer.

A scout on another board said (I'm paraphrasing )if he was a college coach he would take forrester over brown because brown's ranking is mostly on what he can be when he is older. He said a 22 year old Brown could be a stud but a college coach will be getting the 17 or 18 year old version for 1 or 2 years before he leaves. Forrester could be a really good 4 year player and even all league by his senior could more valuable for a college program

ESPN is the worst recruiting list out there. I use the 247 rankings more than anything.

I had us at 22 wins as well. Some different losses though. 

Did a quick spread sheet to do gut predictions. Have us going 22-8. Losses are against Seton Hall, Duke, Michigan, Louisville, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan State (x2). Probably optimistic but I don't think it's a hugely unreasonable record.
