Agreed on Cupps, I hate to say, but I don’t see a player with much more upside than what we got this year. I am not sure I agree on walker though if he is a reserve guard. Seems like it would be a good add. We have plenty of space, and you aren’t going to get all big ten caliber guards to come sit the bench.

I want woody gone like everyone else but these situations aren't even comparable. Plus, can't the argument be made that they kept payne 1 year too long? So are they an unserious program? Goodness he went 4-28 and got another year. Our board would be losing their collective minds, just like right now.

Honestly, if you would have said before the year we would finish conference as the 6 seed and 10-10, I would have been tempted to take it. I would have guessed that would get us an 8-10 seed in the tourney. For a down year that is a step up from where we have been. But as this season has shown everyone (except for Woody apparently) there are other key numbers than just the W&L's.

And on the flip side… losing 5 games by 15+ doesn’t help

IU is not a tourney team. MSU should also not be a tourney team. They have looked like **** all season long except for beating Baylor by 30 in December.

Glad they won. it literally makes no difference but 18-13 sounds way better than 17-14 lol also get to avoid PU in the second round next week if it were to come to that.

Agreed. I couldn’t care less where the players come from, but the stability of our program is non-existent. Replacing 6-7 players each year is what we are looking at if they don’t get some roster foundation. Need guys who are ready to play with multiple years of eligibility so there is some balance. Pull 3-4 from the portal each year and go. Again, this is all theoretical as I don’t have faith this staff can actually pull this off.

Would be interested to see who gets shoved out then. Would guess it wouldn't be Yasir since he and Kenny are tight. That's assuming KP is brought on as an assistant (yuck).

3-3* (losses to NW, NE, PSU). But either way, about what I expected. Agreed. There is still a long way to go in the "narrative" of this season despite only being a few games left. Kinda like OSU last year went on a tear at the end and got to the semis of the BTT, so it looked like they had turned things around. Of course Holtmann was still fired this year. On the other hand, these three games could mean nothing in a week when we lose out. We will all be even more pissed than when the news dropped last night.

Woody being slighted by Glass meant the former players (QB, IT, RW, etc.) were going to make sure he got it the next time around. Now, archie got four years, so according to those same guys, woody gets four years.
