  1. Past hour
  2. And alarmingly reminiscent of the previous coaching administration.
  3. Sadly I can’t even tell if this is past years euro bench magnet or this years…lol
  4. Today
  5. Pretty accurate in college BBall years.
  6. Probably looks at him like a project who has 5 fouls to give if he is decent.
  7. I agree, but that doesn't mean that with everything at IU's disposal that we shouldn't be building every season with a NC in mind. If you want to compete with the big dogs you have to think like the big dogs and not just settle for making the tourney and a second round scenario, that would be great for say, Butler.. We have to find a way to build a roster that won't get worn down by March and hopefully alleviate injuries etc.. I don't think we are far off base here either, but signing glorified walk-ons isn't going to cut it late in the season imo. Signing a quality 4/5 combo that can give some quality minutes would go a long way.
  8. Safe to assume that the Euro coach was interviewed, and that the Euro agent sent game footage. But that's a pretty quick scrub of a foreign player that likely had never heard of Indiana University until the week or two before he signed with us.
  9. DeVries signed a player without scouting him at all, refusing to watch a second of game tape? Seems irresponsible.
  10. That has supposedly been a foregone conclusion for awhile.
  11. Devries thinks of Sokolov that way because he's never met nor scouted the kid; taking the word of Carr's friend that he's worth the trouble.
  12. This is hideous. I remember this guy’s name as a pretty highly regarded NBA sleeper-type prospect in maybe ‘21 or ‘22.
  13. And from GA State, he's on the move to UMass Lowell.
  14. I was thinking that too when I saw them. I take it that he might want a bit more than what we have available. I do know from the CDD Q & A yesterday, he thinks of Sokolov as the 4th freshman for whatever that is worth.
  15. He is 33 right now, and if he just hits 30 for the next 5 years, he will be right at 500. Those last 2 years will be test as he has 3 more elite years ahead if he doesn't get hurt.
  16. Wasn't it just a few months ago, people on this board were complaining how the money was spread around to too many players and needed to spend big on 2 or 3 and fill in the holes? It's pretty much what they did, but some still don't like it.
  17. His per 40 blocks and steals for a big are kinda insane.
  18. He sounds like a good fit, so how much would he want? His stats don't exactly scream "I need starter money".
  19. Could Schwarbs hit 500? I think it's gettable if he plays until age 38. Especially if he adds another 40-50 HR season somewhere in there.
  20. Last 17 games- .277/.382/.785 --- 10HRs
  21. No way Sherrell is getting paid what Jeremiah Smith is getting paid. No way
