2016/17 Team Leaders

Thought this might merit its own thread.

The difference between our potential and the potential of the one-and-done factories is predicated on "talent + leadership" > talent. Worked for Villanova last year, and when we succeed it'll be a major factor why.

With that having been said, this year's IUBB team leaders will be:

1) Thomas Bryant 2) Collin Hartman

3) RoJo 4) Josh Newkirk 5) Juwan Morgan

My fear last month was whether the team would follow Troy/JBJ or Hartman/RoJo. I feel better now that Troy remains in the NBA draft.

1) Hartman (verbal)

2) RoJo (verbal)

3) Bryant (echoing commands/enforcer)

4) Newkirk (built trust over past year)

5) JBJ (similar to CWat by example)
