Listed at 6'1" from Luxembourg.  As a foreign player, info isn't as easy to come by but among her other offers are Texas, VA Tech, Oregon.  She'll turn 17 at the end of July.  

Luxembourg Basketball:  16-year old Joyce Isi Etute made a name for herself at the U18 European Championship. She led the tournament in scoring (18.7 ppg) and rebounding (13.4 rpg) and was mentioned in an article by FIBA as one of 10 players who impressed at FIBA U18 Women’s EuroBasket 2024

One year after her sister Ehis Etute won the MVP title at the European Championship (Division B), Joyce Isi Etute followed in her footsteps with extraordinary performances. Luxembourg will clearly have a lot of joy with both Etute-sisters moving forward.

Slim Milkey hinted this morning there would be a '26 decommit from a top 10 program and Talia Goodman just tweeted this:  2026 recruit Joyce Isi Etute, who had previously committed to UCLA, no longer has her commitment post or anything showing she’s committed to the Bruins on her Instagram.

No idea if we'll try to get back into her recruitment or not.
