• The Hoosiers have scored 16 goals from 10 unique goal scorers this season. Redshirt senior Ryan Wittenbrink leads the Hoosiers in goals (4) and points (10).
• A win for IU Sunday would be No. 799 in the program's illustrious history.

ABOUT THE WOLVERINES
• Michigan comes into the match with a 3-5-2 record. Its last result was a 2-0 defeat to Michigan State.

• Prior to a 2-1 overtime defeat in the 2021 matchup, Indiana had held the Wolverines scoreless in five straight matches. In last year's match, IU was holding on to a 1-0 lead in the
81st minute before Michigan spoiled the near victory. Three minutes into overtime, the Wolverines had their winner.

2-2 all

IU avoids the loss and ends it in its 4th straight tie against UM

Not sure where you came up with this being fourth straight tie against UM when IU lost 2-1 at home to them last year. As a matter of fact they have only twice tied the Wolverines in the last 15 years before today:

As for the game extremely fortunate to get out of that with a tie. For some reason the team has come out sluggish in both their Big Ten road games. Brutal schedule ahead but IU has been at its best this year when facing top competition and don't lack for talent. Its when they face lesser opponents they seem to come out slow this season.

Key word is through 90 minutes.

Its a confusing tweet but two of those three saw someone find a winner in overtime. With overtime gone it now ends in a tie after 90 minutes. Nothing written is wrong per se just not written as clear as it needs to be but indeed it was the fourth straight IU UM game to end in a tie after the full 90. However, before today all of those went to overtime and two of them produced a winner.
