Does anybody have any insight into Indiana Gambling laws?

I have a business idea and I know I will eventually have to talk to a lawyer but wanted some info to get me pointed in the right direction

Without doing any research, I do know that Indiana has passed casinos now being allowed to be on land. Prior it was only legal to have a casino off land, so basically river boats. French Lick supposedly was able to skirt around this because they claimed it was on a moat. Evansville is currently building what is the first true land casino in the state. Doubt this helps much.

Yeah we are very behind the times from what I can find readily available.
