Hovadipo Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 Yeah this kid is committed to Northern Illinois (or was last I knew). IC played in 3A (out of 8) in Illinois and tore everyone up. Went undefeated in a mostly 5-7A conference schedule then rolled to the IHSA title winning every game by at least 30 I believe. Rowell was their bell cow all season from my understanding.
