He admitted today that his emotions got the better of him in deciding to go for it o 4th v kicking a field goal. He was mad that his kicking team messed around and took a delay of game penalty. I can see where Cig could get off track a bit and let things sway his decision making

Not a Belicheck fan, and don’t want to see him be uber successful. However, if he can get UNC playing well enough to knock off Florida State/ Clemson or whoever else the ACC has as a leader, and can limit the conference to one playoff spot, that would be beneficial to the B1G/ IU.

Don’t you think that maybe 1 game is not enough to make this kind of evaluation? He brought in 70 new players. It’s gonna take a minute for that many new guys to get on the same page.

If people are going to complain about ticket prices and not selling out the stadium, then they also shouldn’t be complaining as the program progresses and we can’t compete for recruits against the big time programs that fill 80,000-100,000 seat stadiums for every game

Come to this thread looking for updates and information about how training camp is going. Instead, get to read a pi$$ing match that includes someone who insists he’s the smartest guy on the board. injuries may, or may not happen. What ifs are wastes of time, only serving to boost someone’s post count. if/when the sky starts falling because of injuries maybe this conversation becomes relevant. How about getting back to what is actually happening, and leaving the hypotheticals for another day?

Not sure if I agree with this… TJD improved immensely under Woodson. JHS became a first round selection Even Race got immeasurably better. Lotsto criticize the Woodson regime over, but player development is down the list, imo

Purdue and UConn have coaches who have been there long enough to establish a culture and a history of going deep in the tournament. Michigan and UK at least have coaches in their second year. When are you going to accept the fact that IU is starting anew with CDD and that the comparisons are not realistic this season?
