I am really not sure where we go from here. Woodsons IU career is basically relying on pulling guard talent out of the portal this spring but he only focuses on one or two guys. He’s going to have to thread the needle to give the program a chance to not die.

I’ve tried to be very patient and positive with this group, but performance like tonight are just completely unacceptable. They got hit in the mouth and quit. They stood around on offense and were flat footed on defense. And they all just had a blank stare on their face. No emotion nobody looked like they even gave a ****.

Love that the players line their pockets with fans hard earned money while they go out there and give joke efforts

I’d say this is the most pathetic performance of this era but there’s been plenty of these. So tired of this.

Is it just me or has kenpom and other computer metrics been hammered home way more this year than before in college basketball as a whole? Seems like you can't look at anything without people bringing up computer rankings. Frankly, I am sick of them. Sure they can be useful but games aren't played in kenpom's mom's basement.

Big opportunity here. Winnable road game, getting to 3-0 with two of them being road wins going into a Saturday night home game with OSU would feel great. Nebraska is definitely improved this year but I still think a win here should be the expectation.

I have no inside info but I would be absolutely shocked if Ware is in an IU uniform next year. Most mocks have him as a top 20 pick right now. Malik isn’t going to the nba this year so we just gotta make sure the big fella is happy and well compensated. mgbako is interesting because I think he would benefit from staying but also seems like he wants to get to the league as fast as possible.

That was a very enjoyable game to attend in person. First time we’ve played modern basketball all year. 24 threes!!! I will say, CJ I think it’s time to learn transfer portal. also when sparks hit the floor in the second half I thought there was going to be a hulk sized crater in the ground.

To be fair, and not that it makes it much better, I know both Army and Louisville hit meaningless last second shots to make those games single digits and I'm 90% sure Wright State did the same. Either way point still stands we need to play better and start treating these games like they matter, because they are way more important than we have acted.

We absolutely need to be appealing that Harvard game BS. As of now it would be a Q2 win and at least a shot of being Q2 at the end of the year with them possibly being top 100 as a neutral game. There is zero chance they get into the top 50 to make it a Q2 home game however.

I have decided to just act as if last night did not happen. 8-3!!!! This team clearly has a problem playing to the level of it's competition. Also it seems as if Woody is not taking these games seriously. You can sub guys without doing the all bench lineup, Sparks should not be playing any minutes at all. Banks and CJ.....get it together please and Woody help them out by not making them play with the whole bench. Also there was a time in the second half last night where we had Banks in at the 2 guard...what the hell was that lol?
