  1. NBA bigs would destroy him. Will if he gets drafted
  2. Starting to think the refs have a 7’-plus blind spot
  3. Please drop this in the mail to Woodson :)
  4. BAN this man! Sacrilege! :) Hell hasn’t frozen over, can’t root for PU
  5. Gallo is this team’s Will Sheehey. Problem is we don’t have a Yogi or Oladipo. Love what Gallo brings, regardless
  6. I’m gonna predict a big frosh to soph jump for him. He started to get the green light to shoot, I expect he’ll be ready out of the gate to shoot confidently, to go with a better finish at the rim (which was already improved) with added strength and conditioning over the summer. Tons of upside
  7. UCONN is hands down better than PU and honestly it’s not close. But Edey is like trying to stop a bull. If it happens, and i hope PU goes down hard before then, I think UCONN will win but interested to see how they scheme ag the bull
  8. I resent being called old but I remember— lol
  9. I think that is coming with the growth of the women’s team. And with what Holmes said about the program and Moren, that’s the kind of thing players looking for a new home notice.
  10. Not gonna lie, I teared up a bit watching this. Holmes is special. And have to say, what both of them said about Moren was so nice to watch, we are in absolutely great hands and for what looks to be a long time.
  11. She’s an excellent bball player, savvy, floor vision, shooting. But yes sh needs to get stronger and needs to improve her handle in traffic. Upside is very high
  12. Reminds me of the kid I was referring to, Mo Creek, kid torched UK, highest scoring frosh at the time, and then came that first knee injury. Real crying shame, loved his game
  13. Maybe, maybe not. I’ve watched lots of guys get past torn ACL’s, meniscus tears, and continue on well. Have also seen one of my favorite young Hoosiers fracture both knees and never be the same player, so unfortunate. Here’s to hoping his body bounces back well.
  14. I see it a little differently - it depends. A “developmental” player could be one who’s too raw or one who’s breaking through and could be a real piece of the team soon. Woodson left a scholly on the table from this past season. Anyone think that was a good decision? Do you pass on a guy just bc he hasn’t been discovered by the scouts who rank? No way, not if you have a good group of assistants who know what they’re doing (that’s where we also need development). A Priller - hard pass. Not a guy who looks like he’ll develop soon into a contributor. But a guy like a Troy or a Vic or yes a Geronimo. - some aren’t going to develop well but with the scholarships absolutely. Why leave yourself short? Besides the obvious risk of injury to your core players and lack of depth, having a good developmental program is also a part of team building
  15. She said she purposely didn’t call a timeout while IU was closing the gap to teach her team. Just stupid
  16. Got it to a 2-point, monster second half, the 3rd quarter got it rolling and damn Parish, that was some special shooting
  17. Single digits were right there can’t believe she missed both. But this still looks like a ballgame again. SC got cocky. Now we have to keep pushing for the open look
