  1. That’s there all night. Thank you Ballo for finishing it
  2. Maybe Ballo drank an energy drink while on the bench…
  3. Texas playing Tennessee to a tight game down to the wire. While we look like a bad HS team. God Woodson you’re the worst cosch IU has ever had
  4. Hey Woodson, look what a perimeter game looks like
  5. Announcers talking like iowa is doing this. No, this is self inflicted
  6. Maybe they’ll wake up after this break this is God awful. Ballo getting owned by a skinny guy, Trey making dumb mistakes. Enough, wake up and play
  7. I know an RMK statement about where the sun shines…
  8. Freaky Franimal Freakout-Francis - 85 Mopey Mothballed Muck-Mike - 79 giphy.webp
  9. This strikes me as a really hard game to predict. Iowa is lights out from the arc, one of the best 3-point shooting teams and highest scoring teams in the country, they’re coming off a strong win after clawing back on the shoulders of their offense and it’s a home game, where they usually beat us, and at 2-2 in the B1G they need this game. To our surprising credit we rank 49th in 3-point D (we’re a lot better now than we were in perimeter D), we’re very strong on the glass (where Iowa sucks), with Malik out the offense is more balanced with Goode now hitting with better spacing and movement and Ballo dominating inside and the attention D’s have to give to Bako and Rice, and we’re running with confidence after winning at PSU. I mean the line’s been between 4.5-6.5 because Iowa sucks at D and rebounding and we’re playing better, we’ve actually looked more like a bball team with Malik out. I like Malik and he’s one of our best players but we’re badly crowded and one dimensional with Woodson’s 2-big units. Wr could get blown out like at Nebraska, who Iowa beat, but we could also win this game. I’ll probably just flip a coin lol
  10. Our perimeter D has been better. It used to be terrible, I think part of the thinking is tied to that.
  11. So our next 4 are @Iowa, vs. ranked Illinois, @OSU and @NW. That's a tough stretch. But doesn't seem like any can be called "must wins" (though we really need at least 1, the home game, to have any belief the team will ultimately make it) given the number of Q1 games remaining after that stretch. Just the next 4 has MD, @PU, @Wisc, and vs. ranked (currently) UM. And that just continues in the next 4, against 3 currently ranked teams. Pretty crazy how stacked the B1G is this season.
  12. Yes just linked the site. Man I hope we get confirmation he's not seeking another term
  13. And I hope you're right. Is it confirmed that this is Buckner's last year on the BOT? Side note, my mother, former asst to a few IU presidents, attended multiple BOT meetings over the years, knew all of former T's personally, and is amazed at the current BOT and how things are right now.... That's about all I can say. https://trustees.iu.edu/the-trustees/current-trustees/index.html Edit - I see Buckner's current term is listed 2022-25
  14. The Goode that was anticipated. Just needed 1) time and 2) a 1 big offense requiring perimeter play
  15. Crazy that Bako has 0 points. Ballo though is clearly more effective as the lone true big.
  16. Yeek, slow start. Have to think they’ll get it together soon but ugh
  17. 49 years is damn impressive, and yeah it’s now even harder to go undefeated. A team that continues to stand the test of time
  18. I’ve been listening to a lot if Chris Cornell lately — front man / singer - songwriter- guitarist of Audioslave, Soundgarden, and Temple of the Dog, and later solo artist before he took his own life. A fantastic singer/songwriter with great range, lyrics and power. Should be in the rock & roll HOF, another great one lost. Worth sifting through his songs- special artist
