    Love Alexis having a big night But Dorn hitting 3-8 from the arc is encouraging. We’ve badly miss the third outside shooting threat during the losing streak. Now just maybe they take this level of play on the road and beat OSU and then maybe dancing gets back in the picture

    Went to the Women’s team’s senior night game against Oregon. They were 5-point dogs. But the seniors stepped up big and they won (and well). Seniors need to come out big time tonight- play your best, get the W, and keep looking ahead.

    Respectfully Stu it's about team standing, Shay's numbers absolutely make her first team. If she played for one of the top teams she'd be first team.

    It’s Missouri City, TX. Hightower is just down the Ft Bend Pkwy about 5 miles from where I am. If her recruitment looks like it’s going well I’ll check out some of her games

    There was a fair amount of criticism directed at her game earlier in the season. She’s always had the tools and the game, but she has grown it significantly as the season progressed. She should be an outstanding sophomore

    FWIW our starters outscored theirs in 1st half 37-31. But our bench has 0 points. Would like Sisley to see floor time in 2nd unless he’s injured or something

    Yeah, next season is when we’ll see what DeVries and staff (which wasn’t in place last season) can do. Some returning players (though no stars), some pretty decent incoming frosh, opportunity to bring in key portal players. Hope he can salvage this season, making the tournament is a part of landing the more elite portal guys

    Yup I've been saying for some time now that if we can retain our core group, with the truly outstanding incoming class - plus some portal additions - we'll have a Hell of a team. do think we'll still need some portal additions, especially with Z's injury issues, but the path is very much right there for this group and the incoming frosh

    I'm just flat out mystified and disgusted with this L in the Hall to NW in a game everyone knew was important and planned for it, the second half collapses are concerning. Now we're definitely looking at must win games. Oh well, I don't have the energy now to watch this stuff daily, just going to hope the guys who beat PU and Wiscy and went into LA and beat UCLA show up Sunday.

    I don't know if this is genuinely a 'must win' game (could win out and we'd probably then be in regardless) -- but it sure feels like one and would at minimum be a bad loss and put us in jeopardy. But -- We're going to win, should be optimistic and believe in the team, instead of being worried. Pump it up.
