  1. 2002 IU semi final W over Duke My neighbor, a Duke alum, laughingly bet if IU won that game, he would put on an IU women’s cheerleader outfit and hit the bars. Oh the sight of him leaving the house to go bar hopping in his little IU skirt and pom poms, stays with me forever! Thank you Jeffries!
  2. Dear God talk about a jinx lol
  3. As pissed as i am I’ll take this bitter pill over NIT any day
  4. Follow the money. Ncaa is a joke, and corrupt, imo
  5. Gotta get the W over Wyoming and then get this run going. We did just get a great tune-up in the B1G tourney. Hope Geronimo is good to go. Win and advance
  6. The ONLY other thing is strength of non-con schedule. It’s a complete farce.
  7. I’m trying, hard, to find some solace in this utter stupidity, the NCAA selection committee is a complete joke. I’ll start here.,,.
  8. It’s like all these idiots did was look at conf standings, even though that’s not a factor, i’m really blown away by how much BS this is
  9. These guys are complete idiots, there is absolutely no legit basis to have UM at 17-14 as an 11 and us as last team, complete BS
  10. You’ve got to be kidding me
  11. Besides this being our first tourney appearance since 2016, it’s the first time since I don’t know when that I see IU as genuinely dangerous at the end of season. Our outside game is a weakness, and it could end our run early, but the D is excellent and the point guard play with X and the way this team is playing together and mostly in sync has me encouraged. I see Geronimo as a real dark horse player, hope he sees real minutes and takes shots
  12. All the impressive considering he’s 80 years old
  13. That would be awesome, and so glad for us and him that he’s healthy and will be ready for 1st tourney game
  14. So nice to get up on a Selection Sunday and be looking forward to 6:00 and seeding.
  15. My wife once won the entire Dept. of Justice bracket challenge by picking the teams with the pretty colors....
  16. Yes the percentages are improving gradually, a good thing, but the number of shots -- volume -- from outside is bad. Last I checked it was actually lower than under CAM (don't know if that's still true), which is nuts -- but a reflection of playing through TJD and Race. Would expect our outside shooting numbers to grow along with percentage going forward.
  17. I’d like to know too — should have been a tech imo, classless
  18. Ok so here i disagree. The proof includes that was the beginning of the 5-game losing streak. That doesn’t reflect that benching the team was necessary. Things went south not north after that decision. Cominh back now, after they had to win 2 in the BTT tourney to make the dance and saying that proves Woodson was right to bench half the team against NW doesn’t add up. It just doesn’t. That’s not to say i disagree with holding players accountable or with his pulling the team together, but just because they got it together to close out the year doesn’t show the benching was right, it just doesn’t. I’m happy that’s all water under the bridge.
  19. They do look hesitant but they’re often not very open, our 3-point shooting is pretty easy to defend, teams know how to defend our outside game, spacing is mediocre, we don’t move it inside out, and because neither if them can create their own shot well, and Kopp needs a step to hit, they don’t shoot as much
  20. It’s way too low - we still shoot by volume towards the bottom of the conference. But, I think that bc TJD is usually dominant and we play through him - next season would expect our 3’s to go up. Would like it now, but neither Stew or Kopp create for their shot well, and while we’ve been moving the ball back from middle we don’t do much inside out
