Yes AND the fact that Riley could be gone too if they continue their trajectory downwards for the remainder of the year. Even if Riley isn't let go, the arrow is pointing up for IU and at the current time it is pointing down for USC.

Maybe this was stated somewhere BUT seems as if there are conflicting responses when it comes to Newton. Newton has said (maybe I read wrong) that he is good to go, however, the staff is being overly cautious with him given his surgery and a setback that occurred. Is there real optimism that Newton plays this season? or no?

Ultimately, I think TJ will/would win out BUT if Lewis is as advertised Lewis would benefit by sitting behind TJ for one year.

One could argue that is the case. IMO, Lewis knows what Rouke is capable of. If Lewis sees Jackson play well overall and leads them to a solid win over Washington, how could Lewis not view the visit as a "I know what I want and that is IU". Not only is the starter (Rouke) prepared and playing lights out but the backup QB is playing well and can win. Now, IMO if he chooses IU, I think he sits behind Jackson for one year but then ultimately ends up the start as a sophomore.

Vegas had IU at 10.5 favorites before the news of Rouke came out yesterday around noon time. The line has since shifted to 6.5 in favor of IU at around 53.5 for the over/under. Vegas still indicating strong favor of IU IMO with a 6.5. IU 28 Washington 21

absolutely - Throw the bag, we have plenty of NIL money from all of these high value recruits that we have whiffed on to compensate Luke Murray very well

Luke Murray is their bread-and-butter IMO. Hurley and UCONN really took off when Murray came aboard. Murray just signed a 3 year extension this past July. The UCONN offense will be beautiful for another 3 to 4 years unless Murray leaves for a bigger opportunity.

I got in late, got tix when very few tix were released a month or so ago I'd say.
