  1. This season was/is my first year having men's basketball full season tickets(finally off of the waitlist). When the time comes to renew(June probably?), what do the payment options look like? I know they'll gladly take all your money in one lump sum payment, however, is there a payment plan option similar to how they have done with the football tickets for the 2025 season? If I recall, when they first released football season tickets late Dec 2024, the total was/could be pro-rated over a course of 10 months. Will something similar be an option for the men's basketball full season tickets? Thanks
  2. we have been irrelevant for quite some time. if becoming relevant means hiring Cronin(which some think is a boring hire) and we settle for yearly tourney appearances, sprinkling in runs to the sweet 16s and sometimes further, by all means sign me up. We have not had this type of success in quite some time. If you think otherwise, you are blind. Rome was not built overnight. He wins, google him(no shot at Cig here). With how NIL in constructed, when/if he is the coach and he gets IU back to winning(winning cures alot) those kids leaving Indiana to go elsewhere will want to come to IU and play. I am looking at you Mullins here. Yes, I want more banners on the wall. But let's be honest, how many posters here actually saw the last title that IU won? Not me, I was boring in 1990. Get this team back to constant tourney runs, big ten champions, etc and let the rest fall into place.
  3. better follow UCLA, Clemson, UM and Baylor very closely in March :) My bet is one of these coaches will be at IU with the two teams bolded as my best betting odds to be the next HC at IU.
  4. agree - check off all of your boxes. Don't just settle for Mick if Brad is truly off of the radar now(honeslty no clue if he is or not). Micks interview Friday was a good one just like Dustys was when UM was here and did his interview. For me, I'd choose between Dusty and Mick. Dusty has the wide potential floor vs ceiling risk/reward maybe. Lower floor based on lack of head coaching experience at higher end D1 schools but was very good at FAU with less resources available and in year 1 is very good at Michigan so a higher ceiling compared to Mick? Mick probably presents a higher floor but lower ceiling if comparing those two.
  5. I enjoy visiting LA as a tourist. I would not enjoy living there with the expenses needed on a day to day basis
  6. agree. it's not a sexy hire like most will want, but he's got a higher floor (consistent tourney appearances year over year for quite some time) with solid upside still(sweet 16s/final 4).
  7. c'mon on down Mick. You are the chosen one to get us to the rd of 64 every year at a minimum with some sweet 16s and an occasional final four. Better than the current HC and prior HC at IU can say year after year.
  8. so we are still on the Brad train I see
  9. it'll be favorable when one of those two choose IU. if not, I suppose we all can settle with Mick
  10. oh goodness I see we are still of the highest belief that Brad says yes. Are we more confident in us getting Brad? Or were we more confident in getting Billy Donovan back in the day?
  11. so, we have moved on from Brad Stevens to Mick Cronin?
  12. He's just got to get over the hump one last time
  13. he's too busy winning hardware at IU to have a keyboard in front of him for more than 5 minutes :) Something I wish we could say for IU Basketball(IU Football already on their way to getting more and more hardware with Cig)
  14. good thing we got a $5mill + NIL budget to spend. Should set up coach stevens very nicely :)
  15. with CMW at the helm? phew, he may run out the door on his how instead of shaking hands post game due to all the boos that might reign down
  16. but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Keep shooting away and come on home Brad! Actually, have Goode shoot the offer over to Brad. He's near the top in 3pt shooting % in the Big Ten this season.
  17. I'll eat my words if he becomes the HC but you become numb to the same conversations over and over again. Like the boy that cries wolf
  18. at some point you become numb to the Stevens to IU rumors. I suppose I've become numb to it BUT if I am wrong, I'll gladly not boo Stevens like CMW at the Hall, rather I will cheer and cheer LOUDER!
  19. looks like more boos at the hall come Saturday IF he is still the HC come then..................................................................
  20. so Brady Stevens gonna transfer to IU, play for his dad and IU returns to greatness by winning and winning titles over the next decade starting in the 2025-2026 year?
