  1. A single parking spot is currently running between $450 and $850. This game should officially be named the Bend Over Bowl.
  2. The halftime “feels like” temperature is currently predicted to be in the high 40’s. Trust me….that will dissuade a number of the potential last minute Miami buyers.
  3. Another challenge is that there will most likely be a lot of local Miami fans waiting on last second deals not to mention Indiana people willing to take a mini-vacation to South Florida and “roll the dice”. That was definitely not an Atlanta scenario.
  4. It sounds as if next years starting five “only” needs a productive PG, SG and 2 frontcourt guys from the portal.
  5. I don’t want to be unfair to DeVries and simply only expect him to do what Cig has done. That’s it, nothing more.
  6. Complaining about holding is pretty much useless these days (it could probably be called nearly every play) but missing calls like not flagging the Oregon player that clearly blocked Ponds in the back, on the long run, with the ref right there with a clear unobstructed view is just mind boggling. I just hope that we don’t have a tight game impacted by the refs. The SEC refs are very bad and the SEC fans agree.
  7. To clarify…..No, I am not panicked about our situation while scouring the private plane flights from Boston-Bloomington. :)
  8. If it makes you feel any better seats in row 13, in that section, are going for over $4,000 !! Even though it will make me ill….what is the face value?
  9. Part of the reason tickets are so expensive is that the Hard Rock holds just over 65k vs around 90k at the Rose Bowl.
  10. Anyone know which section our band will be in ?
  11. Equivalent seats on the IU side were more expensive on the secondary market than on the Oregon side which led me to believe that IU would have a much bigger crowd, which we did (although I still didn’t expect 90-95% IU). Right now equivalent Miami side seats are more expensive than IU indicating a strong Miami demand. I think it’s going to be close to 50/50. I’m thinking of selling one of my well used (abused) kidneys to get in. Can’t believe how low inventory is and how expensive tickets are.
  12. For those interested, I’m happy to forward you the GoFundMe link to help me purchase two club level seats for the Miami game. You can read the gut wrenching story of an IU grad that endured decades of poor football and year after year of hopelessness and utter disappointment. You CAN make a difference..
  13. I’m already hoarse…LOL Team is back out and Kamara is jogging back and forth with everyone else.
  14. Yep, but……. 100 level club seats behind the Oregon bench were $1,400+ a couple of weeks ago but today there are some in the low. $600’s. Tickets won’t be cheap If Ole Miss wins but I’d bet they will drift down a bit.
  15. Hope Ole Miss wins. 1) Don’t want Miami in their home field. 2) I want to go to the game and think Miami will drive the prices into the stratosphere
  16. Agree. Martin has looked really good when he has played. The number of running backs we have targeted made me wonder if Martin told the staff he was leaving or perhaps Bebe is physically behind schedule. Who knows….as good as Martin has looked maybe someone is throwing him a big bag. Goes both ways.
  17. Good times. IU bball wins on the road and tomorrow I head to Atlanta to watch a game I never, ever dreamed I would see!!!!
  18. Maryland blows but after the last x number of years I’ll happily take any and all wins in the Big Ten. Woody in particular absolutely conveyed, to his team and the public, that wining on the road was a near impossibility.
  19. I wouldn’t describe it as “recently” :)
