  1. I'm surprised there wasn't more KAT loves. 25 and 12 while playing all 82 games. Those are prime Tim Duncan numbers.
  2. The Pacers and Jazz lose out on their chance to sign their stars to $207 million super-max contracts.
  3. Work harder, not smarter lol.
  4. I don't even think that it was a flagrant foul. It was a hard foul, but it didn't look like it was malicious. I just disagree with your premise that Lue shouldn't have tried getting the refs to take a look at it. When a guy gets hit in midair and the defender doesn't make a play on the ball I don't see anything wrong with wanting the refs to review it. That doesn't mean they have to call the flagrant but it gives them a chance to see if they missed anything in real time. At home we can pause, rewind, all of that, but from where Lue was standing he sees his star going up for a layup and then someone knocking him down. Any coach is going to want the refs to review a play like that.
  5. How can you say there's nothing there man? Thomas never gets above Lebron's waist and ends up tackling him. Just because he's tiny doesn't mean he can foul however he wants.
  6. What's the difference? When coaches work the refs they're trying to get them to make calls that may or may not be there. If someone hits Thomas in midair and knocks him down I guarantee they'd look to see if it was a flagrant foul, but because LeBron is so big and strong it's "ridiculous" to want the refs to look at it. Shouldn't refs officiate in a consistent way?
  7. Lebron was the one arguing in the first half about Thomas throwing the ball at the backboard. In the second half his coach was trying to get the refs to call a flagrant foul.
  8. We would all get on Tom Crean to get on the refs when he coached here, but when LeBron's coach does it, it's suddenly bad? Please. Coaches at all levels work the refs, and Ty Lue does it less often than most. The majority of the time he just stands there with a confused look on his face.
  9. Or this. Imagine if the roles were reversed and LeBron was the one tackling Thomas in midair.
  10. What's your opinion on this? LeBron complains, but he isn't a dirty player. Can't say the same about IT.
  11. LeBron has now won at least one road game in 29 consecutive playoff series.
  12. Because everyone tries that crap so you're putting yourself at a disadvantage by not doing it.
  13. Maybe he's a kid that just needs to get far away from home. Some guys aren't bad guys but they have bad influences that they won't cut out because they've been friends for so long.
  14. To me, Durham and Moore seem like guys that won't make much of an impact their freshman year but could develop into good players later on. I think Smith can come in and make an impact right away though. At 6'7 and 210-215 he's ready physically, and in his tapes he looks really athletic. I can see him getting 18-20 minutes a game, maybe more depending on how Archie subs. We don't really have a post player outside of Davis but I think we can kind of offset that by having a bigger wing like Smith get a lot of minutes.
  15. I think Smith will get a lot of minutes and be one of the first guys off the bench. He has a good frame and we're going to need that length and athleticism.
  16. Hahaha oh man that would be a sight to see.
  17. Honestly I want the Celtics to take Lonzo Ball to watch Lavar freak out. It would be a stupid pick and it won't happen though.
  18. He's definitely gonna get his chance. It's good for him that the 3 is so prevalent in today's NBA.
  19. I can definitely relate to what he's going through in that regard. My parents will tell people that I'm doing X next year when I haven't even discussed it with them. So aggravating lol.
  20. Maybe Rojo and JBJ plan on suiting up for the Mad Ants together next season.
  21. Awesome news! We've got everything we need to be a successful team next year, we just need everyone to buy in and put in the work.
  22. That's a defeatist attitude. It's already hard enough to compete for quality recruits when Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, etc. are all closeby. If we have crap facilities it'll just be that much harder. People gave their money specifically for this so its not like the university is out anything if the football team can't get over the hump.
  23. Think of all the free gear he has by now. He could open up a store.
