    Also this game will show Romeo how desperate we are for a shooting guard. Hopefully Morgan has another great game and the young guys play well so Romeo gets a positive impression of the pieces we have coming back. Good that Phinisee will be there too.

    IU vs. Northwestern on a Sunday afternoon isn't really a marquee matchup. I don't see him coming to this game for the heck of it if he's not seriously interested. Definite good sign, imo.

    It all depends on what Morgan wants most. If all he wants is to make money playing basketball next year then I can see him leaving. He also has the opportunity to come back and compete for Big 10 player of the year and raise his NBA stock.

    Coach Cal gives them a chance to compete for a championship every year, and they also have amazing facilities. Vandy... Not so much. He'd get to watch the Darius Garland show for a season while barely making the tournament if he's lucky.

    I would bet money on Bryce Drew doing shady dealings. His team is trash, the basketball atmosphere is trash, and here he is picking up 5 star recruits like candy.

    If Archie didn't like playing a post player then he wouldn't have started De'ron all season, and he wouldn't be recruiting post players. I'm not sure why that's controversial. He's not going to give players minutes just to avoid hurting their feelings.

    I thought Lynch was suspended from school though? The obvious moral dilemma aside, how is he even eligible to join the team right now?

    How can you say that no one does more for their team than Oladipo, when there are players putting up more points, rebounds, and assists for their teams than he is?

    Me too. That could change depending on how long he's out though.

    Almost all of those players are averaging more points, rebounds and assists than Oladipo, and their teams all have better records. I get that this won't be a popular opinion on here since Oladipo is very popular, but it's an objective one.

    Pretend like LeBron doesn't exist. Giannis, Durant, Steph, Harden, Westbrook, and Kyrie. All six of those guys would deserve MVP over him.

    It hasn't meant "most valuable" for years. I made the same argument Aaron made last year about LeBron and everyone said that it doesn't matter who's most valuable, it matters who is having the best season, yet here we are.

    It depends on how much he values competing for a NC, imo. Personally I expect him to go to Kansas because I think neither us nor Vandy have what he says he's looking for.

    Does Romeo play streetball now? Also I highly doubt that Archie wouldn't adjust his system to get the most out of a player of Romeo's caliber.
