I would love for X to return and we frankly need him to. Having him as primary ball handler and JHS as secondary is our best chance of winning - having a 3rd play in Galloway out there makes us very dangerous with 3 play makers on the court

I’m not as disappointed as I was before, but I had this team winning 24 games. Look at our schedule, it was there. Also, we did not end the season well in general, we’re 3-7 down the stretch. 2 good wins in the bigten tourney has clouded visions a little including mine

If we are, then that likely means UM and Rutgers are out as most have us a hair ahead of them

Would be really surprised to see us as a 10. 11 or 12. Just playing well didn’t move us up

8/9 seed is far worse than a 10-12 in terms of advancing farther than round of 32. my uneducated self says 9 is our best seed we can get and 12 being worst. I think we would be punished for winning the bigten tourney with a 9 seed and face Gonzaga in the 2nd round

This is where I am too. I became a die hard IU fan in the 80’s because of what coach Knight created on the court. he was an amazing coach and motivator but a giant narcissist that treated others immorally and while I am a fan of his in many ways can acknowledge he had some serious faults

Which ones do you think are blown out of proportion? Punching a cop? Choking Neil Reid? There is plenty of proof that he was a bully to a ton of people around him. The reason the administration hated him and vowed to never let someone like him lead the program again wasnt because of his success but because he thought he was better than them and didn’t need to do anything they told him to do. There would be all hands meetings for IU coaches and he would be the only no show. He undermined their authority and dared them to do something - he got away with it for a long time but **** caught up to him eventually
