Kennesaw State is 4-2 after beating Louisiana Tech 35-7.

I'd guess it's because football, women's basketball and baseball didn't have much success until recently, and they've been allowed to do their thing because there aren't nearly as many eyeballs on them. The basketball program has been micromanaged to death ever since Knight's firing.

Most likely. I'd like to sign at least 3 or 4 in the fall each year, so that we don't enter spring fearing an exodus and needing a sh*t ton of players, but nothing ever comes easily for this program on the recruiting circuit. -

Was kind of hoping there wouldn't be any posts about this one and we could just pretend it never happened. -
Not too concerned about defense this early. A common criticism of Dusty May's team last fall was that they couldn't guard their shadows. They ended the season with the #12 Kenpom D.

Another problem is that even multi-sport athletes are now playing all their sports year-round. I'm seeing 3 sport athletes in high school with basketball workouts before school in the morning, football practice after school, and travel baseball on the weekends. It's nuts.

Finebaum desperately wanted to believe that Indiana being good at football was just a mirage. After seeing what we did to Illinois, he wants out of the sport. That's what I'm going with, anyway.
