Fun fact. Lagow is completing 63% of his passes when under pressure. Thought that was very interesting. Maybe we just let him get some pressure step up and throw instead of letting him think and throw bombs or force a pass. 65% is a good completion percentage. I thought his number for under pressure would be way lower. Just thought this was interesting and wanted to share.

This is t GASouthern related but since we don't have a psu pre game thread. Here. I know this has been talked about in the past not really recently as we have played better. But we used to say we play down to lower opponents then somehow stayed around for a little bit with the big dogs and played up to our opponents. I was just thinking and went back and looked and reminisced on games from last year. If you think about it....Lagow is like older teams from IU. He played up to higher opponents but then he plays way down to inferior opponents. Idk if he's like hey they are bad let me just throw this ball anywhere and everywhere, but even last year against higher teams he played smart and had 1-2 bonehead plays against strong teams but then lower tier teams he just makes 10-15 dumb throws or decisions a game. Just a thought that went through my mind thinking about big teams like penn state this weekend. I'm sure we will see the 1,2 punch of Lagow and Ramsey. But I hope someone shines in the first couple of drives and we can lean on them for a nice competitive game. Defense will be interesting with Injuries. I think Fant and others will play. Harris and ball I think are going to be out.

I wish we played Nebraska again this year. They look so bad today. Ik Air Force runs the option, but Michigan looks awful as well. They just had a nice stop however. OK State is a force to be reckoned with on the offensive side. So I subscribed to Peegs for their buy 1 month get 3 free. Something to watch is Jacolby Hewitts(sp?) teammate in Jerome Carvin. Supposedly the two would like to attend same school. He is a 6'4" 325lb OL. 3-4* depending on what site. Has a nice top ten that we are not in but he said he is very interested in IU. Also this staff is going hard after some top recruits committed to other programs and top recruits in the coming years classes.
