Walker was always going to sign early and enroll early just depended on where he chose to go. There's several on D that will be early enrollee I believe. Along with the JUCO QB we are going after. He will also be an early enroll from what I've read.

Want to add. This past weekend a family friends son who is considered a preferred walk on. Will most likely be joining the Hoosiers next year. Took visit and met with allen and talked on the field. He will be a Luke timian/Mitchell combo. Not the tallest but runs precise routes. Very very smart kid (brother is at UT working on his nuclear engineering degree). Kid fights for balls in the air. Out of Avon. Won't drop his name yet but just wanted to mention. Nice article btw.

Ramsey is young. I re watched the game. He makes some good read progressions in the passing department. Coaches need to tell him to keep the ball on read options. He had several reads that were way off and I think if he kept it, it's a 4-5 yard gain or more instead of a -2-1 yard run. also idk why I just realized this but we played Covington as an outside backer instead of inside and Willis made some bad reads coming up to fill on runs....he over pursued a lot. Probably played Covington on the outside due to his athletic ability.

Actually he will at least to start the off season and fall camp. IU coaching staff told him he is one of their QB recruits for this class he is no longer their athlete or being recruited as a DB. Coaches have told him he will be given a chance to earn a spot at QB. They want the ball in his hands as much as they can get it there.

Yeah because we don't have Maryland (down to 3rd and 4th string QB), Illinois (no offense and can't tackle), and Rutgers (dont really have anything besides running attack...won first big ten game under Chris ash yesterday against Illinois at illinois). But yeah we won't get 6 games.

You ever think oh hey we are a decent team and i am just being a typical IU football fair weather fan, but nah lets write off this season and be surprised that we beat Virginia at their place Looks like I get to touch on this topic again...yay.....so Looking back at some comments. It's really pathetic seeing people write off this team once again. We are 3-3 yes we had chances yesterday but some of yall thought we were gonna get trounced and rolled over.... Well we didn't we fought back and actually played a 4th qtr against a talented defense. So everyone stop the whining because I gurantee you didn't expect IU to be 6-0, 5-1,4-2.....I bet you said 3-3 is where we will probably be. Or even 2-4 thinking we would lose on the road to an ACC team. So stop all this woe is me bull crap. Once again tom allen has this team going in the right direction. Kevin wilson couldn't break throught but we expect Tom to do it in his first 3 big ten game....or if he doesn't the fan base throws a fit about not going anywhere. Fyi even tho he doesn't have the best rating. 79 I believe on 247. He was nike Cleveland regional the opening DL MVP which is typically where you see 4* and 5*. Best of the Midwest. So I would say he was late bloomer when it comes to HS stats etc.
