Yeah, not a fun game to watch. But at least our defense is competing enough to keep within distance. When our offense is atrocious.

This is the type of game you can win if you can hit shots. But we decided to be incredibly broke today. Goodness.

How many times will we hear “Heave” as the shot clock ticks down? Been a trend the last 6 or 7 games.

Feels like a red shirt unless our top 2 bigs get injured. IMO.

Bummer missing out on Conerway. 35 mins for Wilkerson, Dorn, Enright. 33 for DeVries. Use Miles/Sisley as a defender, rebounder.

I think Moren is great. I don’t know If she’s great in the NIL era of womens hoops. Stotjin, and Noyan haven’t been at the level of transfer we needed. Big Z is great when she plays. We mostly missed in the transfer portal where Scalia and Shay were big hits. Needed to get proven production somewhere. Didn’t and counted on improvement but the transfers have been the same as they were at previous spots. Beaumont and Caffey aren’t as good as we need them to be. Everything that could go wrong has went wrong, except for Shay having a very strong season.

Games today! Thought it was tomorrow. UCLA hasn’t lost at home if my quick search is right. Going to be incredibly hard. Not counting on it. However, for all those reasons a win would be huge. Their roster isn’t too intimidating but Bilodeau and Dent and legit. Let’s steal one.

Hmmm. The good stuff.

I’ve watched 90% of the IUWBB games over the past 4-5 years. Moren usually does very well. But this year, even after a underperforming last season, was never expected. This was the first game I didn’t watch any part of. This rise of other programs as we’ve fallen makes it all the more difficult.

Indeed it was. Hope we can build on some solid mojo a nice win gave us.

While True, Dorn has been a huge impact. Enright has had 2 strong games in a row, but he got worked by Michigan State and their strength and athleticism. Whatever it is, I hope we can get a split on the west coast.

And there’s the reload. Looks like a strong class. Time will tell if we lack elite athleticism. But we should be strong again. Rinse and repeat.

Really? Zero chance in my mind. They will have a good team again even if they have a drop off. He’s young and near the top.

Poor Minnesota. Without Tyson too. They’ve been close several times.

Without a doubt. Dorn is a weapon.

5-5 in the remaining puts us at 19-12. Hope that’s good enough. Might need a win in the B1G at that record.

Snatched victory from the jaws of nervousness. That was a tough final 5 to watch. We neutralized much of what Purdue does. Big credit to DeVries on the gameplan. I mentioned earlier in the year playing Dorn with Wilkerson and DeVries was our option. That’s proving to be very true. Jasai and his athleticism on defense is important too. We battled their bigs much, much better than expected. Wish we had that Minnesota win and Nebraska win. We’d be sitting pretty with those 2 Ls flipped to Ws. 10-10 will get us in. Can we finish the B1G .500?

I’m too nervous for how we come out in half 2. Very nervous. A chance to turn the season around a little bit. I just want post season basketball. That’s all.

Except he’s not scoring over 10 in HS in the majority of his games and he’s primarily a shooter. Won’t have the handle to be a guard. Won’t have the size to be a big. Stretch 4. I’ll be watching to see the vision. I feel like he could have a Watford like ceiling, but it seems it’ll take him a while to fill out. So, in that case, why reclass. Hoping I’m missing something.
