Hard to watch the success Michigan is having. Purdue is legit good. Not Michigan level good. Fear we are gonna get belted Friday.

Miami is an interesting case. Seems to me they’ve done enough to be far off the bubble but the analytics don’t support that. Project they win tonight. They’ve been good most of the season.

hopefully their window has shrunk to winning the B1G tourney by that point.

I’m with Stu, likely need 3 of 6. I don’t like our odds at OSU if they are still alive. They might lose enough before that to zap their enthusiasm. Getting 3 home wins in a row would be gigantic, especially with MSU.

Secondhand Lions was incredible.

Indiana would be coached by Dusty May if we had Kansas States reaction speed. It’s gonna take me a while to get over this obvious flub.

2 will absolutely not be enough. We barely have a player worthy of a starter spot returning. It will be a near full build. Unless we are just trying to tread with a similar ceiling team. Which we absolutely might be doing.

Michigan and Illinois assembled tremendous rosters with size and shooting. Hard not to be jealous of what they have going on right now. Both with legit shots to win it all.

Roster limitations exposed today. Expected. Going to have to take care of business to sneak into the dance. Not too much fun today.

He needs to better his pump fake drive game. Doesn’t finish well with his left. Dribble isn’t as tight as it should be.

I Was a very small part of that crowd noise. That season cemented my diehard fandom. Fond memories!

While freshman were unremarkable as the stars of college basketball the past couple years, short of Flagg and a few others, this years class of freshmen is the best I can ever remember. So many good ones. Dominating. Athletically, Jordan Smith has a strong chance to be that next year.

Heard men’s slate is intentionally weak on Thursday to accommodate the women’s game which puts big games on Thrs.

Wishful thinking and good vibes. It’ll be a fight for real impact makers amongst all the best schools. We need about 3 of them. 34 minute type guys. We return very little and have a recruiting class with good long term projections. We aren’t starting square 1 but without serious portal wins we won’t sniff preseason top 25 next year. Lots of schools will be WAY ahead of us with what they return. Many schools will have more cash to spend. I guess we will see what the portal giveth.

Hearing Arkansas beat out Duke in this one.

Arizona so freaking good. Doesn’t feel right rooting for Kansas but I want Arizona to take an L sooner or later.

Think if we could at some point stack 2 or 3 of these guys together at the same time. TJD on this team. Or whatever. We always seem to be a guy or 2 short from being really good.

Rusty looking. Mostly unenthusiastic. Dorn and Tuck are killing me. Bailey too for that matter. Wilkerson is carrying us again. What’s new. When I look at his face, I think he’s got the flu too. Love Wilkerson. Tough and smooth.

It was a joke on my part. Part wishful thinking. I guess the Oregon team came to Bloomington early and the he and the team were spotted having a good time at the bars. Seems to just be that.

In all likelihood we need 3 or 4 starters out of the portal. Dorn is the only starter level player to return. Maybe Sisley. Especially if shooting improves. He’s gotta get that FT to 70%. I like Miles but see him more as a role guy. Not sure if that’s how he sees himself. Prince Moody projects to play. Karvala maybe/likely. Manhertz. Idk. Harris, Ristic?? The rest? Redshirt guys, who knows what they will do. Hopefully we have some stock to get high level guys because Portal is going to be active. Will need a 1 and 5 for sure.
