Have hated this team from jump despite likeable players and personalities. DeVries hasn’t a clue. Guess it’s a learn on the job position these days and has been for 10 years.

I didn’t like Woodson vs the fans but the talent and ability to compete on the last 2 teams was far superior despite the coaching. This season was dreadful.

Ready for Portal SZN then football. IU baseball sucks this year too.

Fighting up 2 or 3 weight classes. Who built this roster??? This is our March Madness game. And this is our level of focus/gameplan.

This team reminds me of Crean’s defense. But Crean’s defense didn’t try.

Sisley? Have you watched him shoot lately? Lucky to find rim from 3 and 50/50 from the charity stripe.

Just how it feels to me. Calling it. Undermanned and unfocused.

Game over……..5 minutes of fun in this one.

They are focused. We aren’t. Gonna need a miracle to beat Ohio State.

And their 2 3 point shooters are as good, maybe better than ours. Mobley is dangerous. Can’t get open looks.

On paper it’s a mismatch. Not much faith. At least we get to play it out. Not feeling good about this one though. Incredible game. Incredible effort. Classless yet emotional ending. They aren’t a Cinderella to me, and I’m excited to see them get 30 pieced in the 1st or 2nd round.

Moved to 4 due to weather I believe.

I wish DDV would adopt the versatile 2 big lineup. Heck, May plays 3. Playing undersized is certainly a choice. It’s one thing i agreed with Woodson on but he missed on the guards so badly we never could demonstrate the rosters full potential.

So we’ve got 2 of the 5 identified. Lol Haralson, Bidunga. Would like a stretch 4 shooter. A PG that can shot. And a backup 5. Dorn, Sisley, Kavala, Moody, Manhertz. Miles, Harris??? It’s a wierd makeup. Dorn, Karvala, Miles all 2/3s I guess Manhertz is a 4 but he won’t be able to defend anyone. Moody is a combo. Hard to give him the keys early. Maybe he’s the backup 1? Or Drake is good enough and he returns in that spot. Sisley could probably be our 4. But I want something better there.

Well, that would be a welcomed addition. Lol I kinda see that with Haralson too, but he seems like a kid that will portal imo, not because of him, but because Notre Dame is a wasteland. I think with his skill set and a big and 3 shooters, it would work. He could offer a lot offensively and defensively.

I expect it. He’s close. He does things that help us now. He’s got to get the shooting improved from three but more importantly from the charity stripe. I think athletically he should be playing more but he’s a real liability shooting the ball right now. Rooting hard for Trent! I’m convinced he will work his tail off this off season.

It’s about the Jimmies and the Joes. Ohio State has a better roster on paper by a wide margin. Ohio State has home court (solid advantage, but not Michigan St or Purdue) They need it l, but less than us. But they really want it. I’ve always liked this OSU roster and they’ve mostly stunk but they’ve been playing up to potential recently. Long odds on this one in my mind. We MIGHT have a small to medium coaching advantage. I just hope we can keep it close and make an entertaining game out of it.
