  1. Hopefully it stays that way
  2. Devonte has done really well in a scrimmage and exhibition, but I’m not ready to assume he’s the answer at PG until we see him in B1G play. Others with more knowledge have alluded that Phinisee is aware he needs time to develop before taking over, if I remember correctly. I’m not sure how Green, CuJo, Garland, and Romeo all fit on the court together tho honestly. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  3. Yeah not gonna lie you’re being the instigator here. Even tho he’s combined two of my least favorite things, Stl and Boiler, he’s been completely fine. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  4. No joke, I got confused watching the highlights watching #11 stop on a dime and pull up Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  5. Yeah Yogi is probably the modern comparison Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app
  6. Their attendance is HEINOUS, especially for a “top program”. Agree with your points, but Romeo and Garland definitely seem to appreciate fan enthusiasm.
  7. He doesn’t know anything for certain. He just posts the most optimistic viewpoint as fact.
  8. Meyer typically flips to a school before the visit as a safety net. Weird that he’d flip to Indiana before the Kansas visit. I’m feeling really good about Romeo and Garland...
  9. What’s the word on our next big time PG?!
  10. Putting him in Jordan’s number. Clever.
  11. Also, what is the quote from Beilein? Is he blind are just playing the game? "But in an illustration of wide-ranging perceptions of the issue, Michigan State's cross-state rival, Michigan, said it isn't conducting an internal review and its coach, John Beilein, said ''I don't think the sky is falling in college basketball.'' ''I think that there's certainly some rogue coaches,'' Beilein said. ''How many? Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but I can't believe there's too much of that going out there.''"
  12. Kinda circular, but I think we need Garland or someone to step up as a true PG to show the big men they have someone to get them the ball.
  13. University of Kansas is the proper name.
  14. Disagree. Cut out the big boys. Ideal three will only include one of Kansas, UNC, or UK. I'm expecting IU, Kansas, and UNC though.
  15. UNC claimed they were not given a supposed required 24 hour notice of the release, hence the honored request to delay the announcement.
  16. I’m of the opinion that Garland is the most important recruit out of all 2018 AND 2019 targets. With Garland, we have a stud PG for 2+ years. I think he guarantees that Romeo can focus on scoring and solidifies his commitment, and ensures 2019 wings and forwards they will have a premiere ballhandler when they join. For those arguing Romeo is a must get, or about who are the must gets in 2019, Garland is a great option to help your opinions become reality.
  17. Wow you really just jumped to a lot of conclusions.
  18. Yeah, and an even more ominous sign for Coach K, Roy Williams, Bill Self, John Calipari, etc., etc., etc. What I’m saying is, it means nothing except we miss out on two top recruits for 2018. CAM has yet to even coach a game at Indiana.
  19. Follow up tweet is about Chip Kelly. Dumb article with GREAT click bait. The sun sets on another day without the Tom Crean tell-all bombshell...
  20. I can't imaging $250k is all it took to buy Davis. Or a Wiggins. Mudiay went abroad and received a one year $1 million dollar contract, and a shoe deal with Under Armor. Let's assume that was AT LEAST $500k a year. $1.5 million for one year by skipping college? $250K is a joke, in my opinion.
  21. This is the part that makes me think CAM has NOT been overly impressed with Green so far. A little positive reinforcement PR spin on a focus issue, in my opinion. Doesn't publicly throw him under the bus, but if CAM has talked to Green about this before, it's a private reminder.
  22. Since Indiana, like our government, is a not-for-profit organization without real shareholders to answer to when it comes to expenses, I would bet that if anything the budget was increased YoY.
  23. He's probably not eager to let Romeo and Garland get to HH together.
