    I think the difference is that you were watching title contenders... When I was there (Zeller/Oladipo) we at least BELIEVED we were watching Banner #6 in the making. You have to remember very, very few students at Indiana now were even old enough to realize what was happening during our last title game.

    I'm still expecting a banner... From the NIT. Gonna be a frustrating year, but I believe CAM is laying the right foundation to build on. We look rougher than I expected, even with the knowledge that we don't seem to have a consistent PG, but I also think we will see season long improvement instead of an end of year crash.

So you have to trust 1) the source of Rabjohns quote 2) Rabjohns is reporting what he was told and 3) Rabjohns accurately interpreted any messages from the Garlands I wouldn’t call this well sourced.
