  1. @MikeMillerHT: Crean: "I can do a much better job of making sure we understand the time and score situations."
  2. How do you measure this? Curious
  3. Luke Winn conducted an efficiency analysis of Indiana before and after the loss of Blackmon. The effects in Indiana's offensive and defensive efficiency aren't surprising, but the net impact certainly makes you wonder what is driving the improved play since Blackmon's injury. @lukewinn: In Power Ranx, I ran adjusted splits for Indiana with & w/o Blackmon. Better D, worse O. on.si.com/1nMe7cc [attachment=3359:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1454765672.947224.jpg]
  4. Coincidentally, Wisconsin is on a 5 game win streak. @JonRothstein: Nigel Hayes' last five games for Wisconsin: 21.8 PPG, 5.0 RPG, shooting 45% from the field. Has gotten to FT line a 57 times in that span.
  5. Yup, thanks to Alford, Crean isn't even close to the most disappointing coach of a blue blood. Alford has had AMAZING recruiting success which has translated to absolutely nothing. UCLA is in trouble.
  6. You get an A for knowing rules of law, and an F in common sense on this one. Everyone at UL probably knew what was going on.
  7. Great comparison. Indiana players deciding to go out to the bars and smoke weed is the same as running a brothel out of the basketball dormitories over multiple years.
  8. I agree. Good to see our recruits are coming from strong football areas like Ohio, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. And we're improving our recruitment of Indiana. In-state kids are actually getting excited about Indiana Football.
  9. If someone believes Glass needs to go based on his handling of Coach Crean, they need to expand their focus and look at what he's doing for ALL of Indiana athletics. He's creating a championship atmosphere across the department. All programs will benefit from these upgrades.
  10. Iowa State/Kansas is probably the best matchup that day
  11. As in he's not interested? Or because we aren't letting him commit?
  12. Totally agree. Hartman should come off the bench. OG plus Troy is a winning combo.
  13. Thanks, LIHoosier! Important stat to consider. I'm not sure when voting happens for the award, but if Indiana can keep winning, I think Yogi could beat out Dunn. Yogi is the ultimate key to our success, and it will become more apparent to the rest of the sports world as we win more relevant games.
  14. The Bob Cousy Watch List was shortened to ten players on Monday, and included Yogi Ferrell.   I ranked the six players overall, with Yogi at #2 behind Kris Dunn. Can Yogi pull it off? It'll be tough to beat the performance of Dunn this year, but a strong performance to finish the season against some of the better teams in CBB should help.
  15. Wilson says there are potentially two more spots available in 2016 class. Not sure if that is accounting for Mack or not.
  16. Must be! It'll be interesting to see where we have some of the WRs and potential WRs playing during the preseason.
  17. CKW just gave a BOOM for NYC...
  18. He's a 4-star OL stud. So, yeah lol
  19. Auston Robertson reopening his recruitment. No. 3 player in-state. DE   https://twitter.com/auston_robertsn/status/694909690845773824
  20. This should be an absolute mauling. Hope we maintain our focus, and don't look ahead to Iowa.
  21. OG and Morgan aren't the only ones demonstrating growth this season. Crean is coaching some of his best ball since the 2011-2012 team.
  22. McCarthy put in a Crystal Ball pick on this guy the other day.
  23. @chronichoosier: Amazing. RT @davefurst: #IUBB's 25-0 run in 30 seconds: https://twitter.com/chronichoosier/status/694734365646024704 We took the ball to the rim, played some defense, and found some open threes because of it. More of this please.
