Before he came here, I only remember Adams from his connection to Klory Bumdoonger and at the time it seemed like he was an up and comer which may have been a mis-read on my part.
Yeah that screams “excuses” if it happens. IU basketball will never, ever be under-funded. Football is getting a massive haul, but it won’t be at the expense of basketball. Any basketball “deficit” will only be because people are tired of setting their money on fire for an inept program.
A freak. He got the “uh….you sure you aren’t a WR?” treatment today from just about everyone and it’s one of the few times it isn’t unfair. He’d be crazy not to consider it. His RAS score as it currently stands would be the best in recorded history, as a WR.
I’m unapologetically in the bargaining stage, and this may be a question for the bracketology thread, but it’s starting to feel like a win tomorrow locks us in with how trash the bubble is.
That Minnesota UCLA box score is baffling. Minnesota played 6 guys, the 6th played 9 minutes, and one of the starters who played 38 minutes didn’t even score.
For being pegged as a strong-bodied YAC guy in the league, his 2nd run of 4.43 is absolutely noteworthy. If he doesn’t go in the 1st round I’ll be pretty surprised at this point.
Been making this comp for years. Only big difference is Nebraska left the conference that, at the time, was mostly regional plus was their recruiting hot bed and no longer playing on the plains/Texas completely changed how they built their rosters. The thing that makes them like us is that they did it to themselves, just like we have for however long now.
Like pretty much everything with IU Athletics PR that Cignetti doesn’t have a direct hand in, the letter sucked and was completely out of touch with reality.
Two things can be true:
1) That 2nd half was s**t from a butt. That’s on us.
2) The officiating was so bad that DDV needs to go on a warpath bad enough to get suspended for the MSU game.
