  1.   Where the road team has more fan support in 7/9 of their home B1G games?
  2.   We can get them once.  I don't see us winning @Iowa.  I can also seeing Iowa lose one random road game they shouldn't.
  3. I think this Iowa vs. Maryland could decide the B1G regular season champion.  If Iowa wins I don't see how they don't at least share the title, most likely win it outright.
  4.   I believe DD said Melo was the best pick and roll guard in the nation.
  5. Damn, they're getting in it.  Keep up the momentum!!!  I'm sober and excited about IU football.  This is a first...
  6. The most frustrating part about Troy is his potential to be great but continuing to make freshman mistakes.  Once JBJ went down with the knee injury Troy's lack of overall basketball IQ.  His defense is bad.  There are three huge defensive plays that he just completely failed on.   - In the first few minutes or so Troy completely dozed off and left Koenig wide open for a three. - A second half fast break for Wiscy resulted in Troy running away from the driving Wiscy player, WTF was Troy doing??? - Instead of Troy guarding the baseline and pushing Hayes to a help defender Troy got beat baseline and fouled.   Troy is a gifted athlete that sometimes makes spectacular athletic basketball plays.  However, more often than not Troy is made to look like a below average basketball player by decent, below average athletes, basketball players.  He is probably out of position on defense more often than he is in good position.  He doesn't value the ball, he doesn't have good balance, he doesn't make good decisions, and he doesn't take good shots.  Troy would get the first two to three minutes of the game to prove he is going to play good, smart basketball.  If he has his typical string of terrible defensive lapses and turnovers he goes to the bench until at least the under 8 timeout in the first half.  Troy is a talented player that can lift this team to another level but he can also hinder the team ball on both sides to the point of losing a game.
  7.   Nigel also walked through the handshake line after the game saying nobody on your team can guard me, nobody.  I seem to remember him having a bad game at AH no?
  8.   Misunderstood your initial post.  Yeah, that could happen as well.  The @PSU and @Ill have me nervous because we always seem to have that one wtf loss.
  9.   You think?  Which ones are you thinking?  I don't see us winning at MSU and at Iowa.  You think we can win at Michigan and beat Iowa, pu, and Maryland at home?
  10. Where was Troy going on that defensive transition?  He was side by side with Hayes and then just kind of stopped and headed towards the corner.  Did he forget he was playing basketball?  Got tired and needed a breather?  See a smoking hot cheerleader?  He just kind of quit on the play.   In the first few minutes of the game he missed a defensive assignment giving up an open three, missed a few layups, and turned the ball over.  When this happens he needs to be benched until the under 8 timeout.  After JBJ went down with his injury it magnified how low Troy's basketball and how poor he is on defense.
  11.   Now you're just being silly.  lol
  12.   It wears on players too.  Hayes would get low and fight for position.  As soon as an IU player would start pushing him back a foul was called.  I get they're trying to give the advantage to the offensive players to change the game but... really?  Also, when Hayes sticks his arm out to make contact with Troy on the sideline, the announcers call "Hayes, out of bounds", and then the ref calls a foul....?  It's an accumulation over the game that frustrates players and has them off balance.  IU didn't play with enough consistent intensity to win that game and still should have won if not for one or two WTF calls.  It's really as simple as that.     And really Dukie, you out of everyone should know what a call here or there can do in a game.
  13.   Why does Troy have such a difficult time staying on his feet and holding onto the ball?  He seems to slip and slide more than any other player I can recall.  Does he just have bad balance or no traction on his shoes?
  14. 7 "17s" for the team.  Those were some bad TOs too.
  15. So many thoughts about this game.   -  Refs, meh typical game at Wiscy -  Stupid TOs -  Too many stretches of bad offense and defense -  Troy has not improved -  Had a chance to win when we shouldn't have been that close -  Have to be 5 points better than opponent on the road in the B1G --  That's 10 at the Kohl Center
  16. Ton win on the road you have to be at least 5 points better than the home team.  To win at the Kohl's Center that number jumps to 10, at minimum.  Make this your half IU!!!
  17.   I would be okay with the student section wearing bibs and sucking on pacifiers...
  18.   Their 4 B1G losses have been by a total of 15 points.  They're right there in games until the end.  I'm just not sure of the theory because they're on the outside looking in for the NCAAT.  They would have to do a lot to make the tourney.
  19.   What's his handle or username or Twitter name or whatever it is called on Twitter?
  20.   Haha, how funny would that be.
  21.   This seems to be what we did in the first matchup.  Hartman started on him, picked up fouls.  OG and JMor both got time on him and made some good plays.  Koening also has some offensive game.  He always seems to drain those heavily contested threes.
  22. Now to get her to recruit students into the stands AND stay the entire game....
