I could be remembering this incorrectly but didn't this come out a few years ago as well?  I believe he was saying pressers that they were practicing less only to have "in the gym" come on here and post he was working them harder than ever.  I have no idea who "in the gym" was but they were right far more often than wrong.  I truly hope he is learning from past teams wearing down at the end of seasons and is making corrections.   On the film watching...  I remember Oladipo saying he was in watching film all the time and that was when he took another step up on the defensive side of the court.  Yogi has been saying he's watching more film lately.  Hopefully he is dragging some others into watch film too.  The team and players still have a ton of areas for improvement.

  If we blowout Wiscy @Wiscy that will be a statement win.  Not by beating Wiscy at the Kohl's Center but by blowing them out there.  They lost some games at home they shouldn't have; Western Illinois, Milwaukee, and Marquette.  However, they played better at home recently.   They lost on a well defended three by Melo and won against MSU.  Tomorrow will be a battle and a win will certainly mean something.

  So you're saying if they lose this game they'll be ranked in the top 10? 

I'll take a Yogi drive and pull up J for the game winner, in similar fashion to Melo Trimble's, at Kahl's center tomorrow night.  A win tomorrow would be even more of a confidence boost, knowing the team can win on the road vs. middle of the pack B1G teams.  I also want to see us go on a 10+ game win streak against the Badgers.

Can you not give props to Crean and the team but still feel a change should be made?   I really like how the team is playing right now but not blind to see how we played during stretches of this winning streak.  If Crean had his team playing this consistently well over the last 3-4 years this thread wouldn't exist.  There is a much larger picture here and in that overall image I don't see Crean being the coach that takes IU to the sustained heights I think IU should be.  Nothing less, nothing more.    GO HOOSIERS!!!

  I agree with this to an extent.  I was saying earlier that if OU were ranked above KU after their 3 (?) OT game at Allen Fieldhouse I wouldn't be upset.  Maryland is ranked higher than MSU because the game was played at the Breslin Center and it was a close game.  That still doesn't change my mind about Maryland.  I feel MSU could win @Maryland but didn't think Maryland could win at MSU. 

  That would be amazing but fear if we win the natty MSB decides to take over the NBA next season.  Two and done for one of the greatest Hoosier legends ever.  At least we got two years out of him.

      Love seeing posters being big enough people to admit when they misread or were wrong.  It makes Btown Banners that much more enjoyable.

The ending of this Utah @ Washington game has been absolutely awful.  There seems to be a stoppage on almost every call.  The refs have missed calls both ways but the flow was just totally out of the game in OT. 

Purdue Person  (that's fun)   Does anyone feel like opponents, regardless of where they're from, shouldn't be booed or have "airball" chanted after an airball?  This baffles me.  Did McIntosh expect to come into the Hall and be cheered?  I don't get it.  Is there an article quoting McIntosh or better yet a video?   Edit:  Found the article, goofiness.

  I should have been more specific.  "Ventured down south" was meant in reference from Evanston to Btown. 

  I think it's fair to look at other teams when trying to determine if IU is legit.  Northwestern went to Maryland and almost pulled out a huge road win.  They ventured down south after that game and got completely shellacked.  Did the tough road loss at Maryland lead to a loss of confidence before heading to Btown.  Maryland has the potential to be really good with the depth and talent of players but have yet to see that potential in big games.  I wouldn't be surprised to see IU finish ahead of them in the final B1G standings.
