  1. Way to go! Falcons must like what they're seeing from #IUFB.
  2. Terps just offered, I believe he's visiting IU next month.
  3. IIRC, and its been a while since I've seen a discussion on this so I may be very faulty, if a player has a athletic scholarship and is playing both basketball and football, his scholarship has to be a football one anyway. I could be very wrong on that, but I recall a discussion of that at one point.
  4. He wouldn't be getting a basketball scollie, he would just be walking on.
  5. Pretty good article on the defensive backs from 247.   http://indiana.247sports.com/Article/Jonathan-Crawford-young-Indiana-DBs-benefitting-from-bowl-break-42185649

  7. Jayboob. The answer to that question is always Jayboob.
  8. We'll just call it the post game thread.
  9. He may have ruffled some feathers, but who can argue with him? Butler?
  10. Come on people. Still a little time to get it done.
  11. Think I'm all set. Pretty sure I managed to get all that set right.
  12. Actually CKW and staff have a pretty good record of retaining commitments. We flip more than we lose. Either way, you end up recruiting players right up until signing day. For the most part, this staff doesn't accept too many early commits. On the other hand, there are some players who want to make a decision before their senior season and if you refuse to accept them, you may be taking yourself right out of their recruitment. If he's high enough on your list, you accept and go from there. Not all of them are looking for better offers.
  13. Well, can't say I'm surprised. Had a feeling he was liking the attention quite a bit.
  14. He has one more year of eligibility left I think. He's listed as a RS junior this year. He definitely could be graduating as he has 4 years in college and from what I have read, he took his academics fairly seriously after having to go JUCO out of high school. Not sure of anything there, maybe he's just ready to get on with life. Did he ever make the field?
  15. You think there's anything normal about his life?
  16. I'd have to think the odds are pretty good. He retweeted a video of Troy Williams put back dunk today. Must have IU on his mind.... :good:
  17. Indiana Football ‏@HoosierFootball  2h2 hours ago Spriggs, Oakes, Jordan Howard, Nate Sudfeld, Dan Feeney, Nick Mangieri, Mitchell Paige and Simmie Cobbs earn All-B1G honors from Phil Steele
  18. Indiana Football ‏@HoosierFootball  2h2 hours ago Jason Spriggs earns 1st Team All-American recognition again, this time from Phil Steele. Griffin Oakes also recognized with 4th Team honors.
  19. Wow, a great coach retires and all the sudden, IU's got a shot. Not really liking the writers thinking.
