        Y'all, settle down.  The offense was ranked 83rd in Wilson's first year, 34th in his second, and now 16th in year three.  You really think the offensive staff should be fired for fielding the top passing offense in the B1G?  Not a chance.   Wilson also just had the best recruiting class in the internet era at least.  To put things in perspective about how good it was compared to other classes, IU had one 4 star recruit ever previously and Wilson reeled in 5 last year.   Wilson is exactly what IU football needs in my opinion.  The defense is inexcusable.  But the program as whole is heading in the right direction.

I'm ready! Hoping for the best, but prepared for the inevitable. lol   Urban Meyer was just on Gameday saying how dangerous we are. Nice of him to acknowledge our offense. Equally nice of ESPN to not show him breaking out in laughter when asked about our D.

In slightly related news, Will Muschamp just signed his death warrant at Florida (4-7 and just lost to Georgia Southern).   If he's interested in getting back in the DC business, I'd be willing to toss some cash his way.

    And as bad as the D is, we have picked up some very nice recruits on D, they just need coached up and set up to succeed. That apparently is not going to happen under this DC. I made the statement to JS that I did not think changing the DC would make much of a difference in our D, but as bad as it is, the only way to go is up. Bring in a new DC, he can evaluate the position coaches and see which ones he'd like to keep. Beat Purdue, and on to next year.

Offer the tumbleweed a scholarship!  It might help our D.

I think on the offensive side, we need to go back to air raid. We are trying to slow the game down to give the D a break, but that is getting the offense out of rhythm. Go full bore, the D will have to take their chances.

You know this crap is getting old real quick. While there has to be give and take concerning different peoples posting styles, sense of humor, outlook, etc., this is just coming across as really juvenile, and contributing nothing to the discussion. Throw something like this out there every once in a while, it can be quirky and amusing, repeat it over and over, its just annoying.
