It's unusual for the 'kiss off' letter to be this blunt and can't help but wonder what really went on.   Did TN get his commit and then totally forget about staying in contact?  Is he a young man who needs a daily ego stroke?  Did TN get other commit(s) they think are better and this was a way to encourage him to de-commit?

If in fact Jones and co. were in the wrong I like this. Sounds like something I would do. :yes:

At least one school of thought is that this is a matter of TENN being overcommitted. That they are looking to thin some recruits out to make room for the major recruits.

No not yet. Inge and Wilson paid him a visit yesterday and it sounds like it went well. Obviously, Inge can't actually mention any names of recruits on social media so his tweet was just a hint. BTW he attached a picture of some Memphis bbq...
