It was in the spring two years ago and my wife and I were returning from an RV trip to southern Alabama.  We stopped over night at a baseball stadium parking lot in Birmingham.  I can't remember the name of the place but it is where the SEC holds their baseball tournament.  Full hook up and pretty good, considering we were in a tree lined parking lot.  Anyway I struck up a conversation with a fellow camper who was there long term with his daughter while he underwent cancer treatment.  We sat for about two hours under a tree and talked Bama and Hoosier football.  We had just signed Coach Cig.  Wish I could remember his name.  He was totally gracious and we parted by wishing each other good luck and wishing for the day when out teams would meet in a meaningful game.  One of the  best football conversations I have ever had.  Hope he made it this far and remembers our conversation.  I will always.

I was fortunate to be in Pasadena for the '68 Rose Bowl unaware I was watching future alleged murderer O. J. Simpson.  Regrettably have to sit this one out but knowing the results will be different.

A side note, the world famous 103-72 @ALASKA HOOSIER pick usually places would've obliterated the field.

Ristic played well in Puerto Rico. Getting him back, another point/on ball guard, should help. No leaked reports that I’ve heard but you’d think he be close given the amount of time.

Last time I saw him on the bench he was not wearing the boot. However Harris still was . Not sure on Drake. Just wish they would give regular updates/status report instead of being so vague.

I'm a bit late to the party this year (been distracted by football).  At present we have four players not playing.  leaving us with only 9 healthy bodies + walkons.  Does anybody have a status report for those four and any idea if and when they might return.
I know that Acimovic played mop up minutes in the first exhibition.  I'm guessing that he might be a candidate to red shirt but that is just a guess.
Ristic, I think, played on our summer trip.  He might have an ankle injury.
Harris. I have no idea what is going on.  The same for Drake.
Hate to be shorthanded all season.  You know injuries are going to come at some point, not to mention those games where the fouls mount up.

I really have no idea but this feels like an exhibition game.  Alabama A & M can't be as good as Baylor but is probably better than Marion.

While 13 members were throwing trash at their TVs when Michigan State kicked a meaningless field goal in the final moments, I was on my knees in front of the TV praying.  That was followed by yelling and dancing around the room.  My wife wanted to know if I bet on the game.  I said, "NO", then she wanted to know why was I so excited.  I replied with a big grin, "I got a 25 point bonus."  She looked at me like I had lost my mind.  Some things you just can't explain.

That chicanery at the end cost several folks a potential perfect game.
@LamarCheeks wins the Michigan St game with 174 pts, just one off perfection, getting IU's score right along with @Dhop @Gahoosierfan @RaceToTheTop and @steubenhoosier. @BottomLine @johnsoniu @Scotty R and @WayneFleekHoosier got MSU's score right. 
The aforementioned BottomLine and @Demo are tied for the overall lead through 7 games.
Also, an honorable mention to @Stuhoo for a low score to end all low scores. Just 999,942 pts off of 2nd to last. (Note: I take all predictions posted seriously)
