Gahoosierfan Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 (edited) I have been wondering what the rules are for permissible benefits for athletes. If a couple of players are out on the town and some alum offers to buy them dinner is that a violation? I have reading online what the rules are and its hard to really tell.
