This place is heaven on earth! it is tougher but we are never leaving. I fell in love with it when i crossed the border driving up from the lower 48. not as many stupid people and it is the last remnant of what the US used to be. people with common sense. The reality shows make us all look like dumb asses.

I have gone through the alumni folks and the alumni website. there are some way down in Anchorage but they have yet to respond. Kind of lonely, i am :(

Sounds like your best option is to encourage your company to recruit more heavily from IU.

I'd kill you for that but after six of those and two shots of Maker's I've barely reached drunk when I should be angry and belligerent. What a disappointing football weekend.

Alaska IPA is pretty good. The problem is that they used to have an awesome IPA but since they went worldwide, they had to tone down the taste quite a bit. I wish i could get you my favorite....HOODOO IPA! The guy who used to make Alaska IPA left to start his own craft beer company ~ Hoodoo. We can't ship it and it isn't in bottles. You would enjoy

No more Alaskan beers. They're bad luck.

Toned down is a great description. I could taste there was a good beer there somewhere, but it was closer to a session IPA. Which shouldn't even exist. It was a beer I could drink a 12-pack of next to the pool.

have you fellow Hoosiers seen the app "UNTAPPD" ? You must download it! me and my mates enjoy trying new beer competitively. Yes, you end up drinking SH@T beer like Old Milwaukee, but it forces you to drink new beers that you wouldn't have tried before. Very fun. The biggest feature is you win BADGES!!!

I always planned to actually use it but didn't. As a result I've tried hundreds of beers and only reviewed 1. So, I end up forgetting what I actually liked and buy things twice. Oh well.
