I started out in education too until I shadowed a 5th grade class and started plotting each kids death lol.

I feel pain when my teachers say when they had to write research papers all they had to use were books I can't even imagine man.

 

 

It was always great when you'd blow it off till the last minute then go to the library and everything was checked out that you needed. Had to change course big time once over that.

Both parents teach. I learned early that education is bad news bears (Walter Mathau).

My HS biology teacher (closest thing to a mentor I ever had) used to tell me DO NOT get into teaching.

Yeah. After about three semesters of working with kids I figured out I couldn't deal with teaching them for the rest of my life and got out of it.
