  1. There is not a bigger group of losers in college basketball than this team
  2. Man what happened?!? Not even saying you were leading anyone the wrong direction but how did this go so different than what a lot of people were saying lol
  3. Just seems like they were the ones blowing all the smoke and they were totally wrong? Unless this a smokescreen and we’re still alive??? Who knows!
  4. The IU donors are idiots apparently
  5. Feels like I’ve been reading the same back and forth on Beard for the last month
  6. Yeah sorry guys I just didn’t think today was enough I wanted to go get punished some more at the kohl center this week but I guess I’ll have to wait
  7. We play at Wisconsin on Tuesday night
  8. Well if they were going to do it before the next game it would have to be tomorrow morning since the team will be traveling to Madison tomorrow afternoon I assume, or we can let Woody go get his @$$ whooped at the Kohl center first and do it before we get our @$$ whooped at Mackey
  9. Dolson has done a very good job as AD, this shouldn’t even be a conversation at this point. He’ll get basketball right but what he’s done with football has earned him major job security in my eyes.
  10. Oh boy Maryland just put up 91 on the road with 3 made threes
  11. How could he lol they’re useless
  12. Ah that makes sense why it wasn’t all over the place on Friday then
  13. Yeah I just assumed there was some confusion since usually the rumor mill would be running wild if something was out there about a player sending crazy emails
  14. There was a bunch of buzz about some Mgbako emails online on Friday but then it went away pretty quick I assumed that was just him liking the fire Woodson instagram post
  15. I would just like to know that this team getting a 10 seed and losing in R32 isn’t going to bring another year of this. I want to see our name called but if it’s going to set us back another year it’s really hard to get excited about it
  16. Look I’ve fully put myself on the Brad train again. I actually went down a rabbit hole a few months ago to convince myself it may be possible someday and it makes so much sense. Im ready to be hurt again
  17. I don’t really understand how it’s not a compelling reason to announce an end of season retirement and hope that it keeps this season from getting extremely ugly in Assembly Hall. Attendance this year has already been bad based on the games I’ve gone to but last night with the chants and the boos got ugly and we still have 6 more home games to go. Is it not worth trying to cool the situation down and avoid complete and total embarrassment. While I understand why people were booing and chanting last night it’s still an awful look for everyone involved and I think it’s very worth it to try to avoid that if at all possible especially considering the chances of Woodson being back next year are near zero anyway.
  18. I told myself I’d never fall into the Brad trap again but here I am
  19. Thoughts on Chris Collins? Was very surprised to find out he’s only 50 and what he’s done at Northwestern has been near miracle work
  20. I think so especially with the lack of weekend home games. Driving there and back from Indy on a weeknight to watch a team that doesn’t show any signs of life isn’t very appealing.
  21. Watching these high level competitive games today just makes me sick. We’re nowhere near any of these programs and we have as much if not more resources than any of them.
  22. I was in school for the last year of Crean and Archie’s first 3 years (we made the tournament in 2020 I won’t hear otherwise) the memories I made with my friends those 4 years waiting in line and going nuts in the student section were some of the best of my life and we were not very good. i say all that to say that Monday night was the most dead and worst I’ve ever seen Assembly Hall in my life. People brought up apathy a lot during the Archie era (not defending him) but I didn’t see even a little bit of apathy in that building those years. Monday was eye opening to me because that was true apathy. It felt like a chore for the crowd to get into it at all. Nobody was excited, sure there were a few moments here and there where the crowd woke up but in years past that would’ve kept it going the whole game. On Monday night it would be short cheers and dead for long stretches. It was sad. Say what you want about Archie but at least you knew he was giving it his all, he just wasn’t a fit. Woodson doesn’t care or he doesn’t have the energy to care. I’m sad.
  23. I was at the game Monday there were no boos that I heard
