    I'll never understand the McDermott love. Was a complete disaster at ISU. Hed be 61 to start the season and is a very big dude. Looks like a massive coronary waiting to happen. We can do a lot better.

    McMillan has a ton of potential. Seems like recruits would love him. But I've seen people question if his system would translate to the high level. Could easily be the next Nate Oats.

    The problem is Dolson isn't allowed to hire whoever he wants. If he was I'd have little doubt we'd get someone very good. The administration and some big donors have winning way down on their list of priorities.
