    I don't think our coaching list is down to those coaches...but if it is (in theory), sadly I would take McDermott too.

    Betting is just a snapshot in time. These will change. I wouldn't be surprised if more names pop up and disappear as we continue through the search

    I’m not saying one way or another…but I’m pretty sure rabjohns would be THE LAST person they would tell if Stevens is coming….plus if the goal is they want to keep it quiet. I mean, the guy owns his own website based on rumors.

    Yes, Woodson was an underwhelming hire…but it’s believed his hand was more forced last time around. It doesn’t sound like that’s the case this time around

    Actually he and Cignetti are not very similar…which has been covered extensively by others already here. also Indiana basketball is not Indiana football. It’s apples to oranges.

    DeVries is regarded as the top choice for Iowa with Mcollum and others as a back up

    Yup. Someone said he might end up going to Penn….also tells you that if someone wants Iowa over Indiana…then they’re probably not built for this job. You have to embrace Indiana and the fishbowl it is…but again, supposedly Mccollum isn’t even Iowas first choice.

    Would be surprised if it’s McCollum…I suppose if we’re left at the alter and since he’s not even Iowa’s first choice it might happen…but not there yet. I think a lot of things would need to happen for him to be our next coach.

    Yes. If it’s McCollum then we truly did miss out on our top targets. I just don’t think we will…that’s why we need to relax and try and enjoy the process. Dolson has everyone guessing

    Correct...and this search is much more close to the vest. At this point, everyone needs to take what they hear with a grain of salt.

    Yup…there’s a lot more to be the coach at Indiana than just a great bench coach. It’s an enormous leap to make… that’s very risky to put it lightly.
