Yes, that's kind of how efficiency works..... [emoji848] His second year he made significant improvement handling the ball and setting up others. One of our better guys feeding it inside to Thomas, or dishing to him on the drive. He was not a liability on defense in his second year IMO, so I'd disagree with you there.

Gotcha. He definitely developed his game to a level few could have anticipated. Credit to the kid. Hope he stays involved with IU in the future. It'd be nice if IU could pick and choose who they want to bring in.

How so? IIRC most laughed it off as another nail in the coffin. Ended up being the most efficient offensive player in the country for his two seasons at IU.

See, all this elite talk and we want to take Spike? Why take a defensive liability? Not that he isn't a good player or person, not that he wouldn't contribute for IU... But it just doesn't seem to make very much sense. Especially given his injury situation.

If there's anyone that doesn't think this season was a complete success, then WOW. Enjoy the damn journey. Yes there were down moments early in the year but who is really going to remember that? You're going to remember Yogi going for the kill at Carver Hawkeye. This season was one of the best in school history all things considered.

Don't know what's true but there is zero doubt about their family facing ridiculous vitriol. As much as it is Crean, it's gonna happen to any coach here. Tony Bennett is immune to criticism, so maybe he can be the first to avoid the ugly truth about coaching IU. That Tony, so dreamy. Passing and catching, no shooting, just beautiful basketball. Fantastic stuff.

If that is the case, Indiana *will* look elsewhere; right? I do find it interesting that so many people view that 2012-13 season as disappointing. And honestly--are there that many people that really think "should tom crean be fired?" is a legitimate conversation right now? Shouldn't that talk be pretty much dead by now? Why is this dream of kicking Crean to the curb to beg Stevens still being talked about? Not gonna happen, other than a dream

I don't think IU has to worry about reloading this time around.

This was one of the most enjoyable seasons in a LONG time IMO. As you say, what a cast of characters. Can't ever take away 15-3!
