So we get wasted by Northwestern at home (late comeback attempt notwithstanding), and the fans "just ... walked out like everything was fine" tells me that Indiana has, in fact, lost it's fan base... the emperor is stark naked an we just accept it? Not this fan... I may be powerless to "fix" it, but I darn sure am not willing to accept mediocrity. To clarify, is is NOT OK to lash out at the student athletes... but it's also NOT OK to accept mediocrity. And while they are, in fact, amateur student athletes, some of these "kids" are being well-compensated due the NIL garbage.

The Phoenix tv market is 11th in the nation, just ahead of Seattle-Tacoma... could see Arizona and ASU joining, as well. But at 16 teams, is the B1G done? How many teams are enough? Too many? At some point they have to stop adding members, else the entire nation becomes one big conference and I don't see how that benefits anyone.

So, how's that Woody experiment working out for y'all? I stand by my earlier statements that Woodson was a crap coach in the NBA, and he's holding true to form in college. The Ohio State game showed me all I need to know... No imagination on offense, incredibly low BB IQ on this team, and Woody has not corrected any of this. Is that College Commissioners Tournament still a thing? Probably won't even make that one. Flame on, but I am done with this team.

Did you read the part about NO recruiting experience? You think Lewis couldn't recruit to IU? Have you EVER heard him talk? Dude is on fire about IU and what it ought to be. I am not a "sky is falling" kind of guy, but the freaking sky is falling in Bloomington.

Of course he has "clean hands"... he's never been in or around a college program since 1980. Zero relevant experience and zero confidence in him.

A guy with NO NCAA coaching or recruiting history and a mediocre NBA coaching record that would not get ANY look if he wasn't an "IU guy" is not a better choice than the field. Period. Gimme Lewis. Gimme that D-2 guy... No freaking way.
