As an in-game coach I think he's proven to be quite good. As a recruiter, a little early to know for certain, but his 2016 class included Joey Brunk 4-star center out of Southport and Kamar Baldwin (3-star) who's already moved into the starting lineup. His 2017 class ranking is even better. FYI, you won't find any meaningful Butler statistics for Brunk as he's played very little and will likely redshirt.
