  1. 19-3 run...turkey hangover wearing off.
  2. Arkansas beat this team by 23 points 11 days ago.
  3. 3-7 on FT's...yikes. I believe most of on this board could come close to that shooting blind folded.
  4. FWIW - UC Davis current kenpom rating is 256...IU is 22. Just looked it up , you know, since game isn't on BTN. CAM better have some half time fireworks.
  5. UVA and UW....zzzzzzz. First to 50 wins?
  6. Are you going to watch the Penn State - Minnesota women's volleyball game? Yea, didn't think so. btnplus blows harder than BTN!
  7. Why is this game not being carried by BTN? The Purdue, Michigan, and Maryland games are all on earlier on Friday, but BTN will show a Minnesota - Penn State women's volleyball game in prime time, rather than an Indiana basketball game? Come on man! Ratings were being discussed in another thread, but it apparently doesn't apply here. BTN will show a volleyball game to an audience of hundreds, rather than a basketball game to an audience of thousands and thousands! BTN blows!
  8. I understand the TV ratings aspect...the IU-NU basketball game was originally scheduled for 5:00, the football game is scheduled for 8:00, so they would not overlap. I was a little more concerned about what the earlier start does for the home crowd, particularly the students. BTW, what time is the December 1st game? I have seen 1:00 and also 12:00. The B1G football championship this year will not even feature the two best teams or even 2 of the 3 best teams in the conference, as those three are in the same division. NU has 4 losses including dropping two at home to Duke and Akron. The East and West B1G football are not very balanced. NU football playing for a championship is okay, but just how relevant? NU has 3 B1G football championships since 1936 including two shared, the last one in 2000. IU has 2 including 1 shared in 1967 (Rose Bowl). NU did not play Ohio State or Penn State this year (or in 2000). NU football is only marginally better than IU football historically. A B1G football championship between the best team and the fourth best team in the conference doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but whatever. If the Hoosiers basketball team were a top 10 or 5 team, which is where we all want the program to be, and where it should be, this first IU B1G basketball game time would likely not have been changed due to a football game that may or may not decide the best team in the conference. 9. Five UT players with 3 or more fouls. Hoosiers bigger at every position. Need to pound it inside. Oh yea, and hit free throws. UT cant continue to those threes...
  10. That interference call looked pretty weak. Both players running and making contact, not handsy at all.
  11. Well, that just happened...
  12. I think Allen needs to switch to decaf!!!
  13. Giving up only 3 on that dominant opening drive is a bonus for IU.
  14. Well, Maryland going for two there sounded good, for a minute. Never expected to watch a Maryland football game on a Saturday, but that was fun to watch - second half that is.
  15. That kind of blows. As a long, long time Indiana Hoosiers basketball fan, it is hard to see Northwestern football take precedence over IU basketball. Can't believe I just wrote that - that is just wrong. (A little bitter because I am going to this game, traveling several hours from KY...yes KY...and Hoosiers hoops is being usurped by a Wildcats football team!) Anyway, how does this earlier start affect the crowd? Are students even awake at 1:00 on a Saturday? Hopefully AH will be in full B1G mode for this home conference opener.
  16. 12 points, 8 assists, 1 turnover. Yea, that is the PG we need
  17. Phinisee with the corkscrew finish.
  18. Did not see that foul.
  19. Fitzner is a three point assassin!
  20. Durham in the gut...nice.
  21. Foul trouble with a limited roster. Three bigs with 4.
