Actually, Kentucky would not be the state to go marry your first cousin as Kentucky, along with Ohio and Nevada, have the strictest laws regarding marrying cousins. Marrying your first cousin or first cousin once removed (child of first cousin) is not allowed in Kentucky. Indiana, on the other hand, will allow first cousins to marry if they are both age 65 and/or infertile. How do I know this? Lost a bet with my wife who is from Kentucky! If Morgan returns, which I believe is likely, he will be the only senior scholarship player. That will be the only open scholarship that will be absolutely available next year. If CAM uses the the current open scholarship for a one year grad transfer, also likely, then it would be two open for next year. RL leaving after a year, and any transfers could increase the count. This...did anyone watch the McDonalds All American game? Wasn't Garland something like 0-7 from the field with 5 turnovers in a game where no one played any defense? Heck , I can go in my backyard and shoot the ball seven times with no one guarding me and make a few, and probably not turn it over 5 times! And a good number of his assists were full court passes to bigs who decided to not play defense or look to rebound, but rather run down the court looking for hail Mary pass and a highlight reel dunk. Not really sure how good Garland is, but he did not impress in that "game".

Pretty much a non-factor at Michigan until his senior year, and was a major contributor at IU as a fifth year grad transfer, on a Big Ten championship team. Maturity (22 year old vs. 18 year old) and experience can make up for talent difference (see Kentucky). Both players the same size, both with scorer mentality, one 18 years old with experience against less talented high school competition, the other 22 years old with 3 years experience against D1 competition (albeit it low-to-mid level)....idk. either would fill a huge need for IU, both would be even better.

Houston has to beat Cincinnati tomorrow for the automatic bid, but they should be in either way. But how about Texas Southern, at 14-19, leading at the half in the SWAC tournament final.
