This is hard to watch. Looks like PSU stinks at free throws like IU. -

Justin Smith needs to find his big boy pants. Sounds like he is an unstoppable dunking machine in practice...time to bring it! -

B1G up in all three late games...NU and UM looking like wins. Big Ten could take the challenge if PU holds on. Did not expect this. B1G looks very good. Hoosiers need to find their big boys pants, starting Saturday. BTW, Ryan Taylor for NU, the Evansville transfer, who was discussed as a possible transfer to IU on this board, looks legit. We will see how he can shoot it in AH later this week, likely with Romeo with his number. -
Rutgers is….tall. Michigan is good, real good.

Green had a bogus carry call earlier, Williamson carries the ball every time he puts in on the floor.

That's funny...sort of like Nigel Hayes still shooting free throws in that loss to Wisky in Madison a few years ago.

Well, I read exactly what you wrote. I get it, you are not a rocket scientist.

IU vs Purdue 11/24/18 Noon ESPN2

Makes it 3rd and about 5 or 6. -

The basketball game and the football game were not scheduled at the same time. The IU-NU basketball game was set for 5:00, and the football game at 8:00. Basketball game would have been over for an hour before the kickoff. Was it necessary to move the game up by four hours? I absolutely understand football vs. basketball, so please stop trying to educate me. BTW, this is the Indiana Hoosier basketball message forum, so I will naturally express my opinion. I couldn't care less about NU football, but love IU basketball. Will likely be a bad day for NU fans with losses on both the hardwood and the gridiron.

IDK...so the other team can score more quickly and the Hoosiers can get the ball back? -

None of the talking heads giving the Hoosiers a shot in this one. -
Amazing that team lost 9 games. but 6 were to teams ranked in the top 14, including #2 Kentucky and #8 North Carolina (only to gain revenge in the championship game). But that team had Isiah Thomas, Ray Tolbert, Landon Turner, Randy Wittman, Ted Kitchel, and Jim Thomas, all 1st or 2nd round NBA draft picks (except Turner, who may have been right there as well). I do not think the current Hoosiers top six are as talented as those six, and not as big either. Oh yea, while looking all this up, those Hawaii losses in December 1980 were to Texas Pan-American by 6 (a wtf game) and to Clemson by 1. Won the third game over Rutgers. The other loss that year was to unranked Purdue by 2 at Mackey. Hoosiers won the last five regular season games, and the five NCAA games. In fact, the Hoosiers dominated that tournament with an average win margin of 23 points. You can probably tell from my profile pic, that 1981 team was perhaps my favorite. An unexpected, but dominate champion.

Hoosiers hit 6 of last 6 shots. Way to finish, but not very impressive.

Archie gave the defense speech at half time. UCD was shooting over 50% from the field and threes in the first half, now in the 30's for both in the second half.
