  1. Been waiting for Anderson. One of mt absolute favorites. Now waiting on Cenac.
  2. Couldn’t really figure that reaction out. Was Dallas trying to deal into a position to take Mara and couldn’t get it done? Only thing I could think of.
  3. Woah. That is a beating.
  4. Wow. It’s 1 thing to bet on yourself but this is wild if true. Signing a coach to a 1 year guarantee. Yeah, no chance at all the team quits on the guy. This is the same owner that offered Josh Shertz 1/2 of what he makes at SLU to coach Portland.
  5. May not have been soon exactly, but nice call.
  6. You may well be right, but I just look at a guy who has to play with the ball a lot and is looking to get to the rim all the time and the shooters around him are Wiggins, Bam, Powell’s ok, and Mitchell and that feels like a pretty bad spacing problem. But Spoelstra’s great so I’m sure he’ll maximize everything they have.
  7. I don’t like this trade for Miami at all. You gave up every single young asset you had other than Bam for a thirty couple year old with a sketchy back to become, what, the 5th best team in the East? They have almost no shooting and a really thin bench. Giannis is still great but they’re not winning anything with that group. Ok for the Bucks, I guess, depending on the return when they inevitably flip Herro.
  8. Don’t know who this dude is, but this sounds exactly correct.
  9. Of course he’s right.
  10. Certainly makes sense if the goal is to hold things together.
  11. The UM fanbase handling this exactly the way you’d expect. Dude took their stone dead program, won a Natty in 2 years, stiff-armed UNC and then took a job he clearly felt he just couldn’t pass up and they’re acting like the guy pulled a Kiffin on them.
  12. IYKYK
  13. Per Zagoria IU has offered ‘28 top 40 wing Will Brunson. Plays for Rutgers Prep in Somerset, NJ and travel ball for the New York RENs on the EYBL circuit. https://247sports.com/player/will-brunson-46155924/ https://www.on3.com/rivals/will-brunson-269662/ https://www.espn.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/player/_/id/270160/will-brunson
  14. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7374224/2026/06/21/2026-nba-draft-confidential-cam-boozer-caleb-wilson/?source=emp_shared_article&unlocked_article_code=1.r1A.fzm0.IVH_nY09AQ-C This is a really good read. Take note of the dude dinging Lendeborg for being too inclined to making the right basketball play over taking over possessions. Yeah, I’ll take my chances with that flaw, thanks.
  15. Assuming the back stuff isn’t a thing Brown is probably my PG-1 because he can facilitate on the move in a way none of these other guys come close to. But he has some of the Caitlin Clark thing where he just doesn’t really value possession and that’s a problem if they’re the one orchestrating everything. You’d have to believe he’s coachable.
  16. It’s probably not out of the question that he watched that same extended video that you were able to find and made some pretty broad conclusions off of those 5 mins. Completely unrelated but I’ve never seen it before: during the intros in 1 of the games they were announcing the kid’s ranking by some state service. “Starting at forward a 6’4” senior and ranked the number 51 player in the state Florida, ………”
  17. Maybe he’s seen more of the kid than the 2 games I watched yesterday, or maybe he has an in with the staff and that’s the feedback he got, in which case cool, but I don’t see a small ball 4 at all. He looks to me like a pretty stereotypical power wing. The 1st name that came to mind was Corey Maggette back in the day. He is crazy explosive and he’s so strong and physical that at his level he was straight line driving and just playing through these kids. He hit 3 3’s in the 2 games and the stroke is pretty nice though it needs to be sped up a fair bit. But what was actually really encouraging, and I imagine this popped for whomever was scouting him, is that he sees the floor and processes at a HM level. He made some high level reads on both ends. That was the thing. He’s not as good laterally as he is downhill but he’d probably be pretty easily switchable 2-4. And he rebounds aggressively and out of area. There’s a lot to like and he’s a fun watch. A lot of skill development needed but I get the appeal.
  18. That is a nice listen.
  19. If anyone is interested Boca Ciego has a couple of full games from last season on YouTube. Think I know what my Saturday morning is gonna look like now.
  20. The staff offers 6’7” “29 wing Bob Da Silva. From Denmark and played club ball for BK Amager and for the Danish U17 team in FIBA competition. Attends Andrews Osborne Academy in Willoughby, OH and travel ball for Indiana Elite on the 3SSB circuit. Haven’t gotten into him yet, but given his age, he’s about to turn 17, this feels like it might prove to be a ‘28 offer. https://247sports.com/player/bob-da-silva-46166343/ https://www.fiba.basketball/en/events/fiba-u16-eurobasket-2025-division-b/teams/denmark/383330-bob-da-silva https://www.hudl.com/profile/28122666/Bob-Da-Silva
