    Question about IU Defending the NW passes. What is the defense doing? Seems like the secondary is doing their job to force NW to hang on to the ball. Then their QB ducks under outstretched arms, does a little dance, and gets down the field. Sux.

    NWern has the best defense we have faced all season. Not saying much. But they are probably in the top 45 or so. Their offense is something like 106. Per Sagarin.

    NWerns QB is not at 100%. Their starting center is out for the season. Their running backs...aren't. Their offense is sputtering. Their defense seems a lot better.     Wisconsin beat Ohio State 4 out of 5 times in the early 80's with new head coach McClain from Ball State. Having graduated from UW - Madison in '82, I was at the game in the horseshoe when that fall UW skunked OSU 6 - 0. Regardless, I cheer for my first alma mater...IU! Always have.
